These are stunning straps I bought three. Beautifully wrapped, thoughtful note along with a piece of chocolate. These are fantastic against my skin they don’t cause irritation like some other brands I have. Can’t wait to get more. Good luck with your business

Their sizes for the Apple Watch series 10 are very unclear.
I ordered straps suitable for 42mm watch (which is the smaller series 10 size), and they are too big.
I have been trying to get hold of them to swap and complete silence.
No customer support.

Everything has been going well until I tried to initiate a warranty return after my watch band started peeling off after just a few uses, enquiry sent , email follow up and guest what, I got ghosted , no answer after 2 weeks. To be honest, I don’t care about having the band replaced; what truly concerns me is the integrity and reliability of the company. When I feel misled about the services provided, I believe others should be informed. I’m confident that my reviews and the loss of a customer are far more significant than the cost of a £20 watch band.

Returned item due to quality issues for a refund,
3 weeks later and after 3 emails with no reply I opened up a dispute with Clearpay which refunded me

I ordered a dress labeled as embroidered floral dress. However, when it arrived, it was fabric dyed to have the image of this and cheaply made. It looks nothing like the beautiful flowing dress in the photo. It looks and feels like a tablecloth.

Delivery was quite slow on the strap as it was out of stock. The strap is great value for money and very comfortable. The clasp is of lower quality than the original Apple strap and the orange is slightly brighter than the original ocean band. Still a great purchase these minor issues aside.

I ordered a strap for my Apple Watch, it lasted about 4 months and broke. It took too long to get a response and had to chase many times. Eventually after about 3 weeks of chasing I managed to get hold of someone who took responsibility and arranged for a replacement strap to be sent out. However this was then on back order and took a further 4 weeks to arrive. I ended up getting another strap from elsewhere so I could wear the watch. This should have been a simple replacement, I was very disappointed with how long it took for someone to take ownership of the issue.

I’ve returned for the 3rd time. Straps are excellent and the silicone so soft and comfortable.
Customer service is excellent.
Ella’s little notes and a surprise treat finishes off the lovely packaging.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS
I purchased watch strap, and when I wanted to return (within 14 days) I've asked the support from Ospeka on how to do that, got an email with link where the email and order number should be filled. it didn't work for me, I've tried dozen of times putting my details and it keep giving me "Make sure the order number entered is correct and the email address or phone number is the same as used in your order".
I've sent 3 emails to "team at ospeka dot com" about that, but hey have ignored it.
Now when entering the same details it shows me "We found your order, however, we can't offer a refund because the return deadline has already passed."
Funny how it did find the details after the 14 days expired.
I've raised a dispute with Credit Card company about the transaction

I wish I could claim for the time I've spent chasing this SH***Y company !

Good watch strap at a reasonable price. Delivery a bit slow and had to contact customer services for reassurance.
Prompt and accurate customer service response makes this a good company to deal with.

Quick delivery with a personalised touch. The strap itself is quality and is what you hope it would be. This is my 3rd watch strap from Ospeka and i will purchase from them again.

The website changed my phone case to another size when I accepted a recommendation for a screen protector to accompany the case I had chosen. Tried to contact this company by text and website feedback loop, neither created a response. Now returning both item hope I get my money back
