OTR Solutions has been on point with my payments they also will let you know what brokers they work with and if you have trouble with fuel they have a great fuel program that will keep your truck fuel tank full the professional way they handle things is what my company look for in a partnership

Not really satisfied with OTR for several reasons. They offered a factoring fee(3.25%) as long as we used their fuel card. The problem with that was that most of the fuel stops that they want you to choose from are not on route and the ones that are on route, are priced much higher on diesel than others. We found it to be cheaper to pay out of pocket at other fuel stops. You can find much cheaper fuel in routes that way. Once we stopped using the fuel card, our factoring fee went from 3.25% to 3.75% which is ridiculous. The “No Recourse” is a joke because of course they are going to offer you no recourse when even before they pay you for your invoices, they call each broker FIRST to make sure that the broker is going to pay OTR for your invoice. If the broker isn’t going to pay on your invoice for any reason, OTR will not factor that invoice for you. Secondly, if the broker is only willing to pay a certain amount of your invoice, then OTR will only pay you what the broker agrees to pay and now you’re stuck having to deal with the broker for the rest of the money. So of course they have a no recourse program because they are going to verify the funds with the Broker before they pay you regardless. It makes sense, but if the broker refuses to pay, you’re on your own. We also found a MUCH cheaper factoring company that offers the same things as OTR, but you don’t have to sign a contract and you can cancel anytime without having to pay for cancellation and they offered us 1.5% to factor so we will NOT be renewing our contract with OTR when the contract expires.

I’ve been working with OTR for over 4 years now. They are very focused on customer service which makes working with them easy! Anytime I’ve had a slight issue or just a question, I can email my case manager or her team and they get back to me very quickly and are great at explaining things. Using their site or app is also very easy. I really enjoy having them as part of our team.

I saw one of their ads on Facebook about OTR, so I decided to look them up. I found out they’re one of the best factoring companies out there, so I decided to give them a try. With the great service they provide, I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Fast funding

They signed me up with a low fee and a fuel card that I can't use so I don't qualify for a low fee. And on top of that the money I put on their fuel card I can't get back. Not honest on any level so far.

Very good services

Will be changing factoring company as soon as contract terms meet their limit. No urgency when it comes to the bills, nothing but issues and miscommunication. They get an attitude when you call them to push invoices through. Dont waste your time.

This company is quick to response to questions or concerns. My only complaint would be the cut off time to submit invoices. Because they can make exceptions. They just told me no.
