Great customer service Team. Invoices are always processed in a timely manner. I highly recommend to any broker first starting off or need extra capital.

Payment easy and efficient

I think they do a GREAT job, Caitlynn is definitely on top of things I've not ever asked her a question that she couldn't answer , and her team they are great.

Words cannot explain the gratitude I feel for OTR and their unwavering support to their clients.If I did not have the support of people like Grace Kimi Bailey. I don’t know where I would be. They give me the courage to continue to keep fighting even when the chips are down or in this business the rates I’ve been with OTR from the very beginning, and I will stay with him as long as they they will have me they go far beyond just being a factoring company they become your friends and your family. They care.

I had some issues with O.T.R, but they have resolved these issues and made a solemn promise to make sure that these mistakes will never happen again, I Appreciate that they reached out to me to try and resolve these issues. I realize we don't live in a perfect world. And sometimes there are adjustments that need to be made and people need to be aware of how their employees treat the customer. So I want to commend you that find work that you are doing. And I hope that we have a wonderful future. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Everything is exactly what they promote! They keep updating their system to make it easier and more efficient. I wouldn't recommend anyone else over OTR.

Very difficult to sign in to the OTR clutch account. Only allows for one SMS text double Factor authentication phone number. The alternative email option doesn't even work... Also the OTR clutch menu system has numerous errors and omissions... I have provided verbal feedback to personnel at OTR via several phone calls...

My team has been fantastic! Nicole, Allysa and the entire team has worked really hard to get us out of a lot of rough patches starting a new trucking business. By factoring or loads prompt and on time, teaching us how to bolt and get cash advances has helped our business tremendously. We have been able to run our own company for two years and a few months with the help and partnership with OtR and our team. Without OTR, I’m not really sure if our company would have sustained.

Hassle free, very courteous and professional staff, absolutely no need to call them OR chase your submitted invoices for payment, OTR staff takes care of everything. We're lucky to be doing business with OTR.
