Great phone, Great Service. I ordered an Oukitel WP60 rugged phone in yellow. it arrived a week later - and the Phone is GREAT! I use it on GSM Mint Mobile / T-Mobile networks just fine, in about 10 minutes of setup (and that 10 minutes include transferring all my apps from my old android phone. Comes with charger, connector, and instructions in a solid shipping box. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!! :-)

Somewhat disappointed with my W210 less than a week in... Yes, it is much larger than how it's portrayed on the website. It is also very heavy... These are not my concerns as such... The phone gets dangerously too hot when charging also the screen protector has started to bubble in the corners.
I shall carry on using for another week and may consider their 30 returns policy.

Buyer beware - Would not recommend this phone. Purchased the phone, within the first month it started to slow down by month 6 it was freezing. The Quickstep home screen app has, since the beginning always showed an error saying it stopped responding. Contacted tech support several times over the past several months, they would only tell me I needed to reset everything to factory setting and reload, did this twice issue remains. Regarding home screen app, they advised nothing they could do and advised I catch customer service. Customer service has asked me to send proof of purchase twice no response otherwise.

My wife bought a BT12 smart watch and to be honest the watch itself is pretty good, but 8 weeks ago the charger gave up the ghost as the wee magnets and pins fell out, so she contacted OUKITEL for a replacement charger, we have had excuse after excuse for the lack of charger replacement, now it's my fault for getting the watch wet, which it never has been, they demanded that I send a video of the charger in place , actually working, their customer service is less than shocking despite us stating we would happily pay for the replacement, 4 times we have sent screen shots of ALL the correspondence when purchasing the watch in the first place, and all this for a watch less than 6 months old , we are done jumping through hoops for them and getting nowhere, and sadly there is no other help available to us.

Paid for a tablet computer weeks ago, no shipping, no response on support. Will apply for charge back on card. This is not a real business.

How can you explain a reparation at 686,28 € of the principale screen to a Outikel WP100 Titan. When the Phone caust 629€ on your website ?
Saying somes peaces of the mobile are hard to get/found. We talk about the screen... i've paid 90€ to send you my mobil and get it back... for no issue resolved.

Been a week with no shipping confirmation when delivery was quoted 3-5 days.

Phone stopped working after LESS THAN 3 MONTHS!!!!!!, Customer " service" is either extremely, incredibly, very....... slow or virtually NON-existant!!!!!!!.DON'T BUY FROM OR TRUST THIS COMPANY THERE PRODUCTS ARE CRAP/RUBBISH/SHIT!!!!!!!&PAYPAL WON'T REFUND ME!!!!!!

I ordered an Oukitel WP30 Pro 5G phone from the site on September 15, 2025. The phone was shipped from Germany and arrived by UPS in a reasonably acceptable timeframe on September 23, 2025. However, the problem was that the phone had not been packed properly: bubble wrap had been used sparingly, and the short sides of the package were left completely unprotected.

As you might guess, something very heavy had been dropped on the package during transit, and both the outer wrapping and the phone’s box had a large hole in them. When I opened the package, it turned out that the damage extended all the way to the phone itself, and there was a hole in the phone’s casing above the screen.

I immediately filed a complaint about the shipping damage with both UPS and Oukitel. According to UPS, Oukitel should have provided a label to print and attach to the package so it could be returned free of charge at the recipient’s expense. Oukitel was unable to provide this, so I had to return the phone to their warehouse in Bremen at my own cost (UPS, 18 euros), after Oukitel promised they would reimburse the shipping costs afterward.

This is where things then went badly wrong. I received an acknowledgment that the package had arrived in Bremen, but no replacement phone was sent. When I asked about it, they said there were availability issues with that model, and they offered me a significantly inferior model (WP33 Pro 5G) instead. I informed them that I did not want that model and that I preferred to wait until they had the model I had ordered back in stock.

After a long wait with no updates, I asked about the situation again. This time I was told the phone was completely out of stock (even though the WP30 Pro 5G was still listed for sale on the company’s own website at that time and, at the time of writing this review, is still being sold on AliExpress through their official store) and would not become available again.

They again offered the same WP33 Pro 5G model as a replacement. I still didn’t want that model, and eventually they agreed to refund the original purchase price, but not the return shipping cost — even though the return was due to their poor packaging, which caused the damage during transport.

The whole process took several months, I never received the phone I ordered, and I ended up 18 euros out of my own pocket for returning the damaged phone, even though I eventually did get the original purchase price back. So I can only give this experience one star. It’s hard to assess the actual product quality since I never received an intact phone, but one thing is certain: I won’t be ordering anything from the company’s official store again.

Had this g2 for 3 weeks and today boom no signal it reads the sim but no network. Worst experience ever I'm 1438kilos away from where I bought it so can't take it back now.

STAY AWAY! Oukitel is a Scam & TikTok Shop is Worse

​Do not waste a single penny on Oukitel or anything from TikTok Shop. This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I bought what was advertised as a high-end power station, but what I received was a subpar, low-quality piece of junk that belongs in a landfill.
​🛑 Total False Advertising
​This device is a joke. It is marketed as 2000W, but in reality, it struggles to output even 200W. It can’t power basic electronics that my small Jackery 200W handles with ease. Even worse, it couldn't even charge my phone twice before dying! This isn't just a weak battery; it’s a fake product with fake specs.
​🛑 Cheap, Fragile Build
​The entire unit is made of the lowest-grade cheap plastic. It is so brittle that it broke almost immediately. The build quality is "bottom of the barrel"—nothing about this device is "portable" or "durable." It feels like a toy, not a power station.
​🛑 TikTok Shop & Seller Scams
​Buying from TikTok Shop was my biggest mistake. It is a breeding ground for scammers working with sellers to offload inferior, China-made garbage.
​The Product is Fake: The seller knows exactly what they are doing—selling high-priced junk that doesn't work.
​The Return Trick: When I tried to return this paperweight, the seller used every trick in the book to reject the request. They make it impossible to get your money back.
​No Support: TikTok Shop protects the scammers, not the customers. They will not help you when you get scammed by brands like Oukitel.
​🛑 Final Warning
​Stay away from Oukitel. Whether it’s their phones or their power stations, the brand is synonymous with "inferior." Everything they make is fake quality. If you value your hard-earned money, do not buy from this seller and stay off TikTok Shop. You have been warned: once you buy it, you are stuck with a broken piece of plastic and no way to get a refund.

Oukitel support only serves to delay and frustrate the customer until they give up. If your device works perfectly, the initial value is good. However, if anything goes wrong and you need warranty support, be prepared to have your time wasted. You will receive no help, and your problem will not be solved. I strongly advise against purchasing this brand if you value post-sale peace of mind.
