I didn't apply or requested a service, membership or whatever this company offers. When I brought it to their attention. They were very helpful and professional in their customer support.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I was surprised when I found out I had a subscription at ourkidswears.com as I didn't know the company before. However, Nela of the escalation team was helpful in solving the issue.

Be careful. Not willing to help/refund.

Be very careful dealing with this company. We got in touch via the live chat to say that we had a membership that we never initiated - we'd never even heard of the company. We discovered the membership when we noticed a strange charge on our credit card. They refused to accept that we had not set up the membership or to refund the 'top up' charges which amounted to over $100. We cancelled the membership and now have to go to our bank to try to reverse the charges (fingers crossed) and cancel the credit card this company has been charging. Given we've never set up a membership or bought a product (we don't even have kids to buy kid clothes for) this feels like being robbed.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam - please cancel your account immediately and cancel your bank card . I asked for refund because the account was set up for giveaway Stanley mug . But it was actually a membership. Went asked for refund the customer service says unable to cancel as the preview of subscription membership . Please please cancel this is a SCAM . Stealing from people hard earn money . Shame on you
