I had a very positive experience with Our Money Market. The process was straightforward and efficient, and Veer from the credit team was professional, responsive and extremely helpful throughout. I would happily recommend both Veer and Our Money Market.

Super simple, great easy comms. Great explanations over the phone. Then the switch to text messages for speed. The process around checking statements via giving banking credentials just needs a little more assurance and guarantees. I did my own research for the legitimacy, but this could tidy up process for concerned consumers. Thank you

I dont think I've written a review in my life but this was a bad enough experience to warrant it. Very quick to make the sale but dragged out the settlement process and then told me at the last minute that they couldn't facilitate the loan. Very limited detail on the reason why and no common-sense used for what equated to very low fortnightly repayments that id have no issues servicing. Long wait times to speak to someone and opening hours are only from 11-4. I'd never attempt to use their services again and would advise others to avoid also.

Clear disconnect between their sales team and settlements. Do your due diligence before stringing customers along.

They were great when you apply for a loan, contantly following you up on progress etc. Money get transfered fairly quick BUT almost impossible to get assistance with the loan once approved. Extremely long waiting times for calling. Tried emailing them questions I needed answered like 'How do I make additional payments', 'Can I get a BSB/account info for making additional payments' etc(there is no option on my dashboard as forms/website suggest. Did not get any answers for 2 of my emails and third that did get answered look like AI and didn't answer half the questions I asked. $675 for a initial fee for getting the loan approved seemed very steep considering the weighted interest they are charging. Go with them if you have to, there are worse out there, but don't expect much in terms of getting a deal or needing assistance

Terrible experience applying for a secured car loan and they give very vague and false reasons as to why your application was rejected.

My call had been in the queue for 17 minutes waiting to be answered when I received a text from Zac asking if my query could be assisted via text. I gave the reason for my call and Zac responded immediately to advise he could assist me. He then messaged back within 10 minutes with answers that resolved my query.
This is exlemplary service!!
