They don't deliver. And deducted amount without my permission twice. If Trust Pilot allow I can share screenshot of those payments. One more thing is they shared my card details with another website too i.e buyforhair(dot)com. And both deducted unauthorized transactions from my card twice. They are scammers. Now they says that we do have credits but we will not refund.

I also fell into their trap, I bought an accessory for my car and then I saw the name ourscentjoy.com on the card and after I searched on Google I realized that I had been scammed. Like the others, I was called by them to enter my bank details on a link from them and by email they made me give them 5 stars and I would get my money back but it wasn't like that. The same thing happened to most people

Total scam and mirror the comments of the person who bought a blue tooth speaker which doesnt exsist. when you contact them, they tell you youve bought a membership,and they will keep billing the same amount every 14 days to keep the account active ( if you dont make a further payment you loose eveything) ive wasted an hour on web chat to try to get 9.99 back ( dont care about the money, it principle) all the good reviews are scams here i guess as they usually will only give you a refund if you show them a screen shot of the positive review youve left. avoid like the plague!!!!

I clicked a Facebook ad for a discounted Bluetooth speaker but ended up subscribed to a completely unrelated service. Later, they offered a refund after asking me to post a Trustpilot review and send a screenshot. It was manipulative — a classic example of a dark pattern.
The discount was too good to be true — that was my bad. Be careful and always check the company details before making an online payment.

As soon as I report my situation that i do not want this matter,an email stating that they will action it.Thanks for the heads up.
