I ordered a 2 euro item from the website, however I paid three times for it, plus three times within three days for their €26 membership that was supposed to be rebilled only after 14 days, totaling €78. I never received the item I ordered, and despite showing my bank statements, customer support insisted they only charged me once and refused to issue a refund. I had to terminate my bank card to prevent further unauthorized charges. Also, their customer service (Jose and Keuu) is extremely poor, giving readymade answers in order to justify themselves, which only supports that they are total frauds. Avoid this site at all costs!

It was a nice experience and nice . Thou i didn’t buy anything from them , but i was able to go through all what they have in stock and they are really nice . Alero was also in touch to make me stay with them , trying to resolve whatever might have happen that may want me to leave , but it my personal decision

Company signed me up when I was booking parkjng online in UK. Have taken payments to the value of 34 euros. Only updates I have had from them is asking me to change my review and they will refund me the money.
