On this occasion the product was too big, I rang them to tell them and explain, I returned the product and ordered another size. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Site completed with the wrong address, contacted them immediately no response, item shipped while the office was closed? Rang and they said I could change the address, I could not. I had already canceled the order immediately after the confirmation was received. I have been gaslighted by them from first contact. Item was delivered to the wrong address regardless of my complaints and cancellation to RM and Outdoor Clothing. They agreed to get RM to recover and refund, and despite this have just sent me a mail asking if I had recovered it. They are either incompetent or intentionally evading. I have no coat, and no money; I am currently in Japan with no £120 to buy my wife the coat she needs for the -5 temperatures. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a North Face coat and paid for the next day delivery. Ordered on Tuesday around 530pm. Expected the order the next day but it didn’t arrive. It is now Saturday and it still hasn’t arrived. Having read other reviews here, this seems to be an ongoing problem with this company. Like others, I have emailed them and get the response that they will respond in 24 hours but no reply, no coat, no refund. I’ve had to purchase the coat elsewhere as it was needed for the next day. So now I want them to do the right thing and refund the order as clearly I don’t have it and if it ever arrives, it is too late for my needs.

Found the Han Wag walking boots I wanted at the best price here and the ordering and service and shipping was faultless. Boots are great and a huge saving against the competition. I will use Gaynor Sports again for sure.

I bought a pair of Lowa Renegade boots which were easily £30 cheaper than any other retailer. I ordered them late afternoon and they arrived the next morning. Superb service

Ordered North face hoodie on Thur 16th and it arrived on Monday 20th. Hoodie looked and felt as expected. Very reasonable price compared to other online retailers. Was able to track delivery. Good experience and would use again.

Found this company in an Internet search after going to a well known outdoor shoe shop which was excellent customer service but the boots i wanted were too expensive so I started looking found the same boots at a much more affordable price so much so I contacted them to verify that they were the exact same ones after confirming it in an email I ordered them and received an email followed by another saying any problems to contact them and as I was go away before they arrived I emailed them to check that if any problems with size colours damage ect how long did I have to return them they replied via email that I had 30 days which set my mind at ease knowing I could check them on my return
I have now checked them and tried them on and everything looks good I would recommend this company to my friends without hesitation as I'm really pleased I have the boots I wanted at a price I'm very happy with
