Sizes inaccurate and dont buy from UK
Sizes inaccurate, had to pay for Return myself. Nl customs charged import duty and Outlaws refused to help me prove it was a return and import tax exempt. Cost me almost as much to return as original item. To add insult to injury thwir first responce was to offer me half the money back to keep the ring (which doesnt fit) what would I do with a rimg that doesnt fit and also proves the item was cheap crap......

I can only imagine how frustrating it must've been. You ordered a ring you were looking forward to, it didn't fit, and what should've been a straightforward return turned into a headache with shipping and customs.

Not the chespest on the Market, but worth the Money
Ich hatte schon länger nach einem etwas breiteren und schwereren Armband wie dem ROYAL gesucht. Seit es angekommen ist, trage ich es ununterbrochen. Es passt perfekt sowohl zu meiner LumiNox Navi Seal als auch zur etwas eleganteren Tag Heuer 2000 Chrono.
Auch die Halsketten und Anhänger wirken massiv und sehr hochwertig.
Bei einem der Anhänger war die Ösw aufgebogen, so dass der sich von der Kette gelöst hat. Anstandslos wurde mir angeboten Ersatz zu schicken…
Soweit es mich anbelangt hält Outlaws of Amsterdam sein Setvice-Versprechen.
Einige der Teile/Designs findet man zwar auch bei anderen Shops zu günstigeren Preisen, aber diese sind von der Verarbeitung her von schlechterer Qualität und wirken letztlich etwas „billig“
I'd been looking for a slightly wider and heavier bracelet like the ROYAL for a while. Since it arrived, I've been wearing it constantly. It goes perfectly with both my LumiNox Navi Seal and my more elegant Tag Heuer 2000 Chrono.
The necklaces and pendants also look solid and very high-quality. The clasp on one of the pendants was bent, so it came loose from the chain. I was promptly offered a replacement… As far as I'm concerned, Outlaws of Amsterdam lives up to its customer service promise.
While some of the pieces/designs can be found at other shops for less, the workmanship is of lower quality and they ultimately look a bit "cheap."

I ordered 3 pieces for my husbands upcoming birthday, the ring was a little large so I needed to order the next size down.
I was on a time constraint so outlaws agreed to a green exchange and refunded me 50% of the ring cost which isn’t usually the done thing when pieces are bought using a deal! The customer service and quick response knows no bounds with Outlaws Amsterdam! The pieces are stunning and high quality, I know my husband is going to be a regular customer after he receives his gifts.

Issue with refund and customs but customer service was great
There was an issue with postage when returning an item with European customs which resulted in the item being sent back to me and ultimately I wasn't refunded. My partner reached out to the team and spoke with Sam who was absolutely fantastic in the way he dealt with my query. As I couldn't be refunded they issued me with 50% value of the refund as store credit and covered my return postage fee as store credit as well. Whilst I appreciate the customs issue was out of their control, I feel like the returns policy needs to be better outlined on the website for people ordering outside of the EU.

I received a Dragon style bracelet…
I received a Dragon style bracelet £40(which funnily enough i can't find on the website anymore) similar to the "dragon bite" one but chunkier and shiny. First off the little plastic packet it came in was covered in Chinese writing. I don't have a problem with chinese goods when im shopping for them but i was under the impression these came from Europe. Secondly the open mechanism is so sensitive that even a slight amount of pressure on the top of it and it unclips. Fallen off multiple times. I understand i received a more cheaper item than whats up for grabs but i was a little miffed.i also don't think the metal is top quality as it gives off a bit of a strange smell however it never discoloured my skin. Just be a bit careful when buying from these guys. (Received as a birthday present)

Good ring nice design comfortable love it . People say you get them cheaper elsewhere . Maybe so but I think the interaction from the company and customer service is really good . Took 10 days to arrive which isn't an issue but bear in mind order early if for a special occasion. Very happy with it all good would buy again from them .
