My outplacement coaching with Ellie was really useful. In particular, Ellie helped me to prepare for my first interview and assessment process in over ten years, and I got the job!

I must admit to being rather apprehensive in availing myself of the services of Outplacement First. It has been a while since I have applied for a job and thought that being near retirment the company wouldn't understand where I was coming from!
How wrong was I! Right from my first contact I have been very impressed with Bill and the team.

What a fantastic service. I've been working at the same company for nearly 18 years and being made redundant was such a shock, I didn't want a new job but I was left with no choice. The website has so much for someone who's not looked for any work for 2 decades, it's chock full of tips and videos to watch to get your mindset right. That CV writer was brilliant and those interview techniques really helped me focus on exactly what I could offer. But it was Jasmine, my support, that really got me this new job. She couldn't have been more helpful. She went above and beyond to get everything right for me, no matter how silly my questions were it was never an issue. Even 3 drafts of my CV and a really horrible covering letter were fixable. And it's landed me a lovely job with a wonderful employer, I couldnt have asked for more.

I was offered an outplacement seminar with Outplacement First by my employer in the redundancy process. I thought I would just "go along for the ride" but I have to say that it was a revelation to me! I came away inspired, empowered and with confidence to move forward in the job market after 8 years in my current role. The coach Dionne provided insightful, useful and relevant information to enhance my CV, my LinkedIn profile and my approach to interview situations. I left the webinar buzzing and started working straight away on my action plan to tweak my CV and write impact statements. My notes and subsequent planning came in very useful for an interview later in the week, and I am delighted that I have been offered the role!

I dealt with Laurence - Laurence wanted to understand where I was at, and then create a bespoke way in which he could help me. My CV was completely re-worked to ensure it was at its optimum to attract potential employers, and the overview on how to make the most of LinkedIn was fascinating and outstanding. The advice on how to interview and also how to ensure your CV is seen by the correct people , Throughout the whole process . My company were making redundancies and used Outplacement First to offer career support to all employees. I admit, wasn't very hopeful especially after several attempts to contact my original assigned coach and I wasn't receiving a response. This was escalated by my company and I was then assigned Beth. The support Beth offered was exceptional and I was blown away by the quality and frequency of one on one support that was offered. I particularly appreciated Beth's personable and friendly approach and I looked forward to our catch ups. I have just finished my outplacement experience with this team. I advise that at the beginning of the outplacement you work out carefully what you need so the support is tailored to your needs.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. The support is excellent, and they follow up regularly to see how you're getting on with your job search. After a sudden redundancy their advice was the main reason I secured new employment.

Outplacement First have been very responsive, flexible and professional in supporting our colleagues whose roles are at risk. As the commissioning manager, they have kept me up to date, put different packages together when requested and been really easy to work with. Feedback from colleagues working with their coaches has been excellent.

Can't recommend this training enough - we had staff at risk take part in this training and whether they had recently left university or had been working for years all of their feedback was excellent. People feel equipped and more confident about the prospect of job hunting!
