Excellent service from Luca and Karen.
Thanks to Luca, I got an appointment with Karen who jigged my CV and also did interview practise as well. As result of this I secured an interview with an international company and was offered the job the same day.

Dedicated handler is provided which helps build a good understanding of what the customer needs and is looking for, therefore giving taylor made support. With regular contact from them you feel well supported able to ask anything you are unsure about. The on line tutorials are helpful and easy to follow.

I would have preferred to only have one person of contact thoughout the whole time. Otherwise excellent support! Thanks

Out placement first is a great support to people who may have been made redundant, this was my experience. They provided help and support on my CV, helped with interview techniques and were always their on the end of the phone when needed.

The workshop given was fantastic and full of really useful tips. There was also ongoing support and access to so much resource.

Outplacement First are fantastic. After 15 years working for the same organisation, I found myself being made redundant. I started to apply for other jobs, about 10 in total, but never made it past the application stage. I organised a meeting with Outplacement and received a tremendous amount of support and help reviewing my CV (which was obviously very outdated), covering letters, discussing interview techniques, presentation etc. They also gave me access to some incredibly useful online tools such as templates and sample interview questions. Following the meeting and with help from the online resources I re-wrote my CV and covering letters. I then applied for 2 jobs, was called to interview for both and was offered both. What an amazing position to be in, and it was all thanks to their support and professional advice.
