I used this service and got amazing supports for finding suitable role, tailoring my CV, and facing the interview. This service helped me to bring my inner potential out and made me so confident facing difficult and tricky interview questions. I highly recommend this outplacement service.

I've worked with Outplacement First as a client but also as a customer attending one of their workshops. In both cases the service received has been brilliant. As a client they are so accommodating to our needs and very flexible!
Attending one of the workshops was also extremely useful and very informative. It gave me the confidence to go out and take my next steps. The consultant delivering the course provided so much information and to keep his energy levels up for a whole day, delivering via a webinar to a silent audience is nothing but amazing!

Laurence at Outplacement First helped me build confidence needed at a crucial time to get back into employment following a redundancy during the pandemic. I felt I had a good cv; LinkedIn profile and decent interview techniques. However, Laurence tailored a plan to meet my needs for the types of roles and employers I was targeting. He taught me a few things and helped me change the language and tone of my cv to be in line with what employers are looking for; tidy up my linked-in profile to match my cv; but most importantly helped me polish my interview technique. This was instrumental during the interview stage when I was shortlisted for a few roles. One of which, I ultimately got.

We have been working with Outplacement First for over a year now and the service we are receiving is a solid 10 out of 10. The consultants at Outplacement call our employees within one day of referral to set up their initial meetings. Our employees have provided us with excellent feedback on the service they receive and how much they are getting out of their sessions to aid them in their future endeavours. As a HR professional I have been delighted with the service offered to those of our employees sadly being made redundant. Feedback from those using the service has been overwhelmingly positive and I'm especially delighted that one of our employees secured interviews for each of the six roles that he applied for and subsequently two job offers.

During my time with Outplacement First, I dealt with a couple of consultants who were friendly and helpful. They would contact me every couple of weeks or so to check how I was getting on with my recruitment search.

I also had a meeting with another consultant who helped me with reorganising my cv, interview techniques and how to approach prospective employers. The advice that was given overall helped me to obtain a job relatively quickly in my chosen career.

The support I got in redeveloping and honing my online CV through Outplacement First was fantastic. Their communications in setting up and progressing my support from them was spot on, taking a very professional yet super friendly approach. The one to one sessions offered fantastic coaching and guidance on reworking my online CV presence, helping not just in the practicality of doing this, but also offering a deeply reflective and generative process to bring into focus my ecosystem of work, activism and life that provide purpose and meaning in these turbulent planetary times.

Really good service. The initial meeting with them was great. Also my personal consultant was really great. He always responded quickly and gave me very good advice. He also contacted me regularly to find out how I was doing and if I needed any help. Their online platform is very good too. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars as overall rating is that I would have really needed more face to face interview practise. For my personal consultant I would happily give 5 stars.
