Horrible program tried getting a refund for a renewal I didn’t want and told me I couldn’t and that refunds only went off true first subscription buy date which makes 0 sense. Anyways shitty program they are known for scamming now that I’ve done research done buy this junk

OWN3D go out of their way to hide the cancel subscription link. It's buried in "payment history" (which makes no sense), the link color is almost the same as the background and the text is tiny. Then you have to jump through multiple "Yes I want to give up on my dreams" checkboxes to actually cancel. Most companies stopped used these kind of tactics a long time ago.

OWN3D also send marketing emails under the guise of transactional emails. No unsubscribe links, just a "You received this email because you recently purchased something at OWN3D." But the content is promotional, not transactional.

It's disappointing when companies have to engage in this kind of behaviour to retain customers.
