Well, to start, we bought an owner's link package in early 2018 and had a bit of fear afterwards when I saw some of the reviews on this page.

So, we tried using it in June. Booking was easy, email confirmations were immediate and we got a great deal and stayed at an amazing resort - for cheap.

Then we booked another trip and same results. Everything was wonderful.

In 7 days were leave for trip number 3 - 2 weeks in the Dominican Republic at an all inclusive resort in our own villa. A place we have gone to previously at 2000 a person we get for under 600 for both of us.

Oh yeah. I gave my sons and his fiance ( soon to be wife) a honeymoon trip to the Grand Mayan Resort for under $300.00

AMAZING.

One Star is too high of a rating. They have great salespeople and that is where it ends. They say the cost is $$$, and there are low fees every year, but they never send you an invoice. Then we find out it is two different companies (Owners Link and Travel Smart) same account number but now you owe fees to both of them. Earlier this year we were told to pay it one time and we would not have to pay any more yearly fees so we did. Now they say it was for only one of the companies.
Every time we go to book a vacation we are told we owe more money. They say we do not understand , but at the same time they will give us nothing in writing as to why we owe more money.
It is a SCAM and if I go back to a resort where they are, I will warn any one I see. Do not fall for their sales pitches and they are just words, SAVE your money.

We travelled during September to Las Vegas, we received very professional and prompt responses from our travel concierge. She found several options for us, while we decided which hotel to choose.

The price was very attractive, and the attention from our Owners Link concierge was excellent. Thank you, hope to find some good deals for next year!

Owners Link Membership is like buying ice when you are leaving on the Alaska. Is useless. You can get a better deal on any other web site like Red Tag, Air Canada Vacation and many other sites. I am a member for 2 year and I was not able to get one single deal that I wouldn't get on any other Travel package web site.

Worst experience ever we weee promised all this things and when I planned my first trip after I paid through them the hotel tells me oh you still have to pay fees to the hotel right before my trip I had to pay an extra $1500 added together Expedia would of been cheaper I tried calling owners link no one would help me the numbers on the contract were not active anymore so now I’m paying over $5000 loan that I would of had a better trip in that amount alone. Don’t get scam now that’s nothing to you go ahead but both my husband and I are very hard workers and need our money. This just makes me want to cry.

This is a TOTAL scam! DO NOT BUY. It has Zero value. Even the perks at your "host" resort is not true. They said one thing and then had us sign endless papers which we later found did NOT confirm what we were told. They claim to give you great rates on trips...BS! Expeida and Hotels.com and many other FREE services have much BETTER rates. HORRIBLE and criminal!!!!!!

This review is a little over due, since we've had our Owners-Link membership for about a year. We purchased ours when we went on vacation to the Omni Cancun.
Here's the bottom line.... the resort/hotel your staying at offers a presentation of how owners-link works and will benefit you. At the end of it, it's up to you to decide if it makes sense for you to purchase. So for the folks who are complaining, that's your bad and deal with it.
Fortunately for me and my family, We think Owners Link is amazing!! We travel a few times a year, and have experienced the savings they offer on hotels around the world.
There concierge service is amazing! The reps you speak with make you feel they really want to meet your travel needs, and most important to me, they sound like they are Truly happy to be assisting you.
Everything about Owners-Link is legit. From the presentation to receiving invoice details on the trips you book. Remember.... you will go to a presentation, they offer you amazing perks to make it a little hard to say No.... at the end, if it makes sense for you and your families life style, Join them! You won't regret it. You will save a lot of money on your trips.

Owners link should not even receive a one star. Huge Huge Scam!!! if you want to take the company to court it has to be in Mexico so read the small print. They advertise fancy resort pictures but they are not from the resort you are booking. Travel smart convinced us to sign up during a visit at the Royalton Riveira in Mexico and offered us membership to Owners Link. We paid $16,000 plus committed to a $300 a year membership. I wont go into the details but NOTHING was as promised. This was truely the biggest scam we could have ever imagined being caught at. What fools we were!!! We have tried to follow up with the person who signed us up and they send us emails they are travelling. We started trying to reach out 2 months ago and still get the same message. PEOPLE BE WARNED!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! What they say they will offer you and the 30% discount you will get on hotels is not true.

When I purchased my membership i got owners link as an incentive at first i was very skeptical, however my famaly planned a trip to Hawaii for the holidays i did not want to have high expections, what a surprise when they booked my trip for about 40%less and i had to do nothing, they took care of everything and my room was alot nicer than my famaly's.
Great purchase

I have enjoyed the wonderfull service, and there is a significant savings I would say around 30 -40% discount on travel and what I also like is their concierge service booking flights and car rentals or whatever you might need, its like any travel website however at a better price and they will arranged vacations to our needs they really make things a lot easier than a conventional timeshare.

This travel membership was a gift when I joined a Vacation club. The site has prices that rival the best expedia rates. The big difference is they're real people, with a real voice and that will help you plan your vacation. They also have cancellation terms, which no other online service does. Overall I've used them 4 times for different trips, flawless execution and extremely courteous people. I'm one that believes good service should be talked about too !
