Great service, but the router is poor and speed is not as advertised
The included Technicolor router is next to useless, replaced with my own ASUS router. Also, the speed is great, but not as high as advertised. No major complaints though, it works!!

The agent on the phone was very helpful…
The agent on the phone was very helpful in particular when I said I cannot understand Swedish. She switched to English right away. She activated the Broadband to our apartment but could not help me with the WiFi activation. I have to call the router company to help me connect. It was frustrating but not the agent's fault.

Upgraded my internet speed without any…
Upgraded my internet speed without any hassle, only thing is that because I did it during a weekend it wasn't active until the following Monday, which means I got billed for 2 days for the higher internet speed that I didn't get, but thats a minor thing, never had any issues with this internet provided and my own local test tool shows an uptime of over 99% which is more than approved as this is not a business connection, so thank you Ownit

Everything works as intended
Have had Internet from Ownit for 2 years. No problems at all. Very easy to connect. Testing with speed test I get exactly what I pay for, so no reasons to complain.

Well, ISP is good. I am using 1GBPS from them, and satisfy. Also, I have only one time issue( it was very short period ) - IT support respond very fast. Remember that this happens once, so it is not an indicator of good or bad quality. For the internet - I can say it goes quickly, good connection. The only minus could be the lack of equipment for users as part of packet/services (wifi router, additional repetitor wifi etc)

No one respond back on complains
No one respond back on complains, tickets get closed without resolution. Customer care number never connects and No one call back when asked. Internet gets disconnected multiple times in a day. Your customer service is poor.

We recommend that your router is placed at medium height and not placed in front of any mirrors, and if you have the chance, do not place the router in a cabinet. Overall a good experience
Dears, overall a 4 over 5 good experience.
During peak hours my fiber (nominal 500mb/s speed) slows down to values around 100mb/s download (whilst upload is still above 300mb/s) according to Ookla and other custom speed tests.
