I gave one star because I can't give…

I gave one star because I can't give them 0. Worst internet provider. Past 3 month everyday I have to call them and say my internet is not working but they try to fix something and then says we can't fix it or restart router or we will escalate this. But no progress. They will say there head technicians will call you but you will never get call from them and they will until you get frustrated and stop calling them. More frustrating is they will send you msg for feedback after call eventhogh they did not solve anything. I know what they do next to 1162745 complain. After one month when you stop calling them they will randomly call you and said ohh you are in office then we can't do anything have a nice day. Never seen this kind of attitude. Please avoid this at any cost

We're sad to hear you feel that way. In terms of any issues that's brought upon hardware outside your own we'd then troubleshoot with you when you're contacting our support. In case we cannot solve it with first contact our ambition is to have a 3-7 workdays period for eventual cases, until we find a solution (Which could be connected to either sending a technician, the fibernet owner solving any area affected issues etc.). Very good experience

Customer service very helpful. I had a problem with the building router and they managed to solve it in less than 24 hours.
Internet connection is fast and stable.
Very happy so far!

Good ISP

Good internet service provider with kind and honest customer service. Only has some dependency on another main ISP. Still, it is not an issue and you get what you want,

Good service

Good service. It was easy to setup my account and thanks to the user support (call) I find a really helpful person that helped me to configure my WIFI and stayed with me as long as I needed.

I only had been using the service for some months but so far can't complain about anything.

We will see about the future.

There is a problem between Zitius and Ownit

There is a problem between Zitius and Ownit and my status is stuck on "Pending" from the Zitius end. It has been 5 days I spend more than 3 hours on the telephone queues and still does not have an internet connection in my apartment

It appears that your order could not be completed due to an existing service at your address. Unfortunately, we cannot disconnect ongoing services as the former resident needs to do this, alternatively your network owner. As soon as the existing service is disconnected, we can only then connect our service. I hope you have gained insight into your case and hopefully the service works excellently in the future.

Your pages are too long for my mobile phone - I can’t click on any buttons because they are too far down on the screen to access so I can activate the service

Disruption. Discrimination.

We did not have internet from 27 Oct and it came back on 2 Nov. Initially Ownit was in denial that the problem is with the fiber provider, Telia but after 5 days, they realised that it is their problem. In our BRF, out of 22 houses, only five of the Ownit customers had disruption so, it was clearly not a problem with the fiber. Also, as compensation, they offered some neighbours a full free month but only 75kr to me. Their explanation was vague for this discrimination.

Usually when we give compensation we count it on the days you have been without service. I see that you have been in contact with us where we have followed our procedures regarding compensation. Unfortunately, I can see that we have not followed the same routine for your neighbors, so we will investigate what has gone wrong here.

We have no intention of discriminating against our customers, nor can I see that we have discriminated against you in your case, but handled your neighbours' case incorrectly because we have not followed the correct procedures in their cases. We will do everything we can to follow our procedures regarding compensation moving forward.

The router is placed in space and…

The router is placed in space and covered by a metal door in my apartment by the entrance.
This was the worst possible placing a it causes so much netork loss and inspite of having 250 mbps, i dont get more than 20 .. so its a failed installation .

How sad to hear that you are experiencing problems with the service and that the speed. Most of the time, it is not us who decide where it should be installed, but it is the housing association that decides.

Test if you can connect your router via another outlet in your apartment. You then connect from where the internet comes in to an outlet that is in another place in your apartment, which you then plug your router into. Alternatively, you plug in a longer cable and put the router outside the cabinet. If that doesn't work, I recommend you contact our customer support for troubleshooting and to find the best solution for you.

Mindless customer service.

Mindless customer service.
So I'm trying to get an internet connection from Ownit, which has good references here. Turns out their customer service is slow-acting and slow-witted, but they manage to figure out that since there is fibernet to my property, they must be able to deliver bredband there. Only they will ONLY do so if I have a Swedish personal number; which I do not have and cannot get since I am not a Swedish citizen. Why must they have a personal number? Oh, they want to to a credit check? I can send them a Danish check that establishes that I have a fortune in excess of Dkr. 1,5 mio, and I can deposit SEK 10.000 in advance in safety for any demands they might get against me? Oh no, that will not be sufficient, I need a Swedish personal number. Their stupidity is astronomical, and their actions are an insult to human reason.
