Disgusting London tube

Insufficient seating, poor WiFi , no air conditioning, no personal space because of serious over crowding, this is most disgusting. Not enough faclities like lifts, dangerous gaps in platform everywhere, no help for customer, buses are also more overcrowded.

Mayor made a Lord - Why?

Please will someone explain why the London Mayor - who is in charge of TFL - was made a Sir - and he has now been made a Lord!
TFL is an utter disgrace - an unmitigated disaster in so many ways - and yet he's been given 2 prestigious gongs for doing the most appalling job - WHY?
And why does no-one answer / reply to Trustpilot reviews? Ignorant and ill mannered.

Constant line failures

Constant line failures. Constant upgrades so lines shut. No upgrades seen. Piccadilly line is the worst for regular commute. The amount of time wasted is unjustifiable. The amount of times I tap into the station then have to leave to get a cab. Sooo much time and money wasted. No compensation.

AWFUL

One of the worst transport that I have ever seen. I take train from Penge East, and don’t have one week that don’t have cancellations or delays. This awful terrible disgraceful service and this service is very expensive it’s not free really bad for a declared first world country. This direction should be changed the management should be all changed.

Diabolical service

I’m waiting for Hammersmith line Westbourne Park, awful. Overcrowded. What are we paying for???? TfL trains are filthy inside and out. Come on 21st century, overpopulated city travelling on train tracks from ww2. What do you expect will happen. TfL want your money so they can pay their bosses huge sums. A total scam.

TFL - FILTHY AND NON FUNCTIONING

TFL does not help you get to work. It’s filthy, it’s uncomfortable hot and difficult to breathe while travelling on it, it feels like the last journey you’ll make alive while using it this past Summer. I have never travelled on something so stressful or unpleasant as I have when using the capital’s main transport system. I cannot believe it is what it is! It’s just pathetic. You cause me no end of immeasurable stress and worry trying to phantom new routes to get to work most days as there is something always wrong with your trains! Be it late, cancelled or lost. I am so happy to soon be not relying on this non functioning and absolutely filthy transport system anymore.

Over 60 Photocard

Over 60 Photocard.
Applied in very good time.
Received message it was "On its way".
Called and was told to wait TWO WEEKS to allow for delivery. Was told it was sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
It did arrive by UK MAIL aka DX Delivery -a courier firm.
Why did they lie?
Also -only after I persisted was I told I could be refunded if I recorded journeys made until it arrived... this info should have been volunteered.

Fairly typical, I imagine.

Oh, and after applying countless times it was only after calling that I was told registering only works with Gmail email addresses. What a load of tosh.

IF THE BUSES ARE INTENSELY HOT, ALIGHT AT THE NEXT BUS STOP ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A HEART CONDITION OR ARE ELDERLY

I use the buses in Surrey and notice that drivers DELIBERATELY leave the cooler/air-con off to make the passengers suffer in intense heat, hoping the complaints would mount up.
Is this a “plot” amongst fellow employees who are disloyal to their employer?
Temperature control should never be at drivers’ discretion and should be set to an optimum.
Soon, there will be fatalities on board with the elderly and heart patients. The on-board passengers’ statements will render these drivers and hence TFL, responsible for the deaths.
Why didn’t TFL buy “climatised” buses like France where coolers/heaters kick in automatically to maintain the set optimum and windows only for emergencies?

Awful service

Awful. The worst service in the UK. Buses always late or decide to terminate before its intended destination because "they're busy". Most drivers are arrogant. Totally ignore you when you ask a question. And sending a complaint is pointless too

Had a digital ticket from Stevenage to…

Had a digital ticket from Stevenage to York after Eddfest. Thieving Tfl, scanned my ticket at the barriers, their software opened my digital wallet, bypassed my security, and tried to steal money from me. They cant/wont do anything about it, their system will keep trying until I pay it, then, and only then can I spend ages trying to get a refund. Daylight robbery, con-artists, I'm furious. You cant even sue them as they are protected by the gov and have no oversight (apparently they fall under Mayor of London). I've found out they make millions by doing this, and its actually part of their "business model" WTAF?????

Less Than 1 Star From Me TFL...The appeal process is a joke..

If only I could leave less than 1 star for TFL I would...Lets just say as workers and decent people and members of the public that do pay for things like Ulez & Congestion charge, TFL are not on our side if anything goes a bit wrong...
Even if you pay Con charge or Ulez a bit late as a result of TFL canceling your Auto pay account and you not being aware of it at the time while we are busy running around trying to earn a living they will not show any ounce of common sence or decency....
They will stich you up, put the blame on you and send you a PCN anyway regardless and do there very best to screw you over....They are just a bunch of daylight robbers who will do anything to look as though they are in the right....They have a pointless appeal process which only ever finds in favour of TFL so guess what...You still have to pay a fine even though you had paid them what was owed thinking that you might just have been doing the right thing......Awfull set up,,Clunky rubbish Auto pay App that really does not work that well and they are just a bunch of modern day pirates if you ask me....Auto pay canceled ...Don't want to work or bring any business into London anymore let alone drive my van there,,TFL you robbed me of any money I earned over two days working,,Maybe put that money to good use on one of the bridges over the Thames that are all buggered....I'll pay the fine but TFL I hope you choke on it.....
The TFL reviews speak for them selves....What a sorry unfit for purpose outfit TFL really is...

Doesn’t Matter Which Bus You Get On, Chances Are, You’re Gonna End Up Somewhere Entirely Different…

Got on the 141 bus to go to Green Lanes from Wood Green for an appointment and gave myself plenty of time, it’s usually a 20 minute ride. There was a warning on the City Mapper about a diversion, but said “no stops will be missed”. I ended up in South Tottenham which is not even a near route to where I was going, there was NO ANNOUNCEMENTS in the bus that said we will be going to an entirely different location than was planned! In 29 degree weather, got on another bus (243) from south totteham to at least get home since I already missed my appointment and out of £90 thanks to your unprofessionalism. And we all had to get out of the 243 because that bus also stopped working. There were lots of disabled people, elderlies and babies on the bus, that you spilled out to fry under the sun midday DURING THE HEAT WAVE. NONE OF YOUR BUSES WORK. Your company is one of the MOST EXPENSIVE PUBLIC TRANSPORTS IN THE WORLD THAT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO THE PUBLIC. What do you do with all the money you charge us for? You certainly don’t spend it on improvement of service or the training for your drivers! You have the cheek to make a lot of money out of us to provide an utterly pathetic service.

Terrible service

Pre-paid for a ticket but the machine wouldn't print it & there was no staff to ask for assistance, so had to tap on and off with my debit card, I applied for a refund as I had double paid for my journey but wasn't refunded.
