We bought a dinning suite, and had to pay in advance. Little did we know that it would take nearly 5 months before we got our suite.
There customer service was atrocious!
Impossible to talk to anyone, and occasionally got a reply or a phone call. Especially after all the frustration I accused them of being a scam, and would take action.
They have to be the worst run business ever!
We did eventually get our goods, and we love them, despite the delivery being made at 10pm, with no prior notice.
This is a group of people who pool their money, take orders, once they have a container full, then get them made in China.
Dreadful customer service!!
Lachlan was the only person who helped us in the end.
If they got there act together, it would be a great business!

I bought 4 chairs from them. Abosolute rubbish that I received after 5 months delay. They asked me to post back the chairs for refunding my money which the post cost is too high and it doesn't make sense to pay this huge post cost.

I brought a table and chairs back in febuary recievrd the items in may they dumped the items in my front yard when it was raining at 12am in the morning the items dont look nothink like what they advertise just cheap garbage and been back and fourth with them evan photo's sent telling them i want a refund but no reply dont buy from them

Don't buy from Ozhomehub—they are deceitful. I purchased a TV bench, but it was only after I paid and submitted the order that the system revealed the delivery date would be three months away. When the product finally arrived, it was smaller than the advertised dimensions. I tried to return it, but they refused to cover the return shipping costs. The product is very cheap quality and looks nothing like the advertised photos. A really frustrating experience.

The item I ordered took months to arrive, then wasnt as described, so I went down the refund front. Spent $70 couriering it back to them. They cant find the item and the refund has stalled despite numerous contacts via their stupid support ticket.
5 months on and still waiting, cant call as the phone system just fails

Stay clear of this company. Once you order, there is no chance of a human answering your call. Their answering machine will send you into an infinite loop without providing you with any significant help or guidance. If you manage to make contact with a human. Their instruction associated with any email will not provide you with the outcome you expect. Their online support website will be answered within 1 -3 days, but it will give you zero significant updates. It is almost like a very poor version of AI. It will repetitively give you a scripted answer, ignoring your specific request for updates .e.g date the order was shipped, country of departure, ship or container consignment number. It will continuously reply that your order has shipped or left the country of origin. 77 days later, +$800.00 was delivered. It is NOT worth $100,00. On their website this morning, the delivery status is still showing that it's out for delivery. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this company. You have been warned!!!!!

I purchased a coffee table in January. It is June tomorrow. The table Still hasn’t arrived. In fact, I’m pretty sure the table doesn’t exist. There’s no way to talk to a human and you just get aconstant run around if you try to ask for clarity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OZ HOME HUB.

Worst furniture company I dealt with. Never again. I ordered unit in March and now is June and I havent received it yet. Order was shipped from overseas one month after I ordered it which means they wait to accumulate more orders before they order it overseas most likely at Alibaba as all their products you can find there. I thought they have it Australia and delivery was promissed in April at the time of placing order. Then their tracking system is awful. If you contact them there is no decent respond. They drag you around. They cannot track exact position of order. Once on cargo, no update till arive. And not status shows being in Melbourne since 23rd of May and I am traying to get a simple respond when I can have my order and they drag me between most likely 2 department, their store and office.
PLEASE DON'T SHOP WITH THEM.
You will get your item quicker and ofcourse cheaper if you shop with Alibaba directly

I placed an order with Oz Home Hub and paid a deposit of $106.32 at 8pm. After I had done so I was advised availability of this order was August. I wanted the item earlier so 9am next morning I cancelled the order and was advised I would only get refund of $10.63. I was so disgusted by this that I proceeded to cancel because I had also just seen the bad reviews on this company and I started to wonder if I would actually get the order or not if I hadn’t cancelled. That this coy thinks it is ok to keep 90% of funds paid within 24 hours for an order likely unprocessed is rubbish. Go to honest coys like Temple & Webster. They are also sneaky on how they post reviews on their website, on OZHOMEHUB website they only post the 5 star reviews which isn’t many. Trustpilot posts all the reviews. Do not buy, they are complete rubbish.

Order a 3 draw tv unit, only to receive a 2 draw one. Took months to get here and when i tried to contact them, no answer. They didnt even answer emails. The only way i contacted them was a return ticket ( which by the way didnt include wrong product , just if damaged)they got back to me telling me they sent the 3 draw ( even though we sent a picture distinctly showing 2 draw) they said the 3rd draw appears when you extend it! Haha what a joke! We fully extended it , and unless its magical and appears , theres definetly only 2 draws. Now they want me to pay for there mistake! I have to pay for the return!!,so now not only out of pocket $940 but at the cost of sending it back which god knows what that will be.
THIS COMPANY DONT EVEN WARRENT 1 STAR LET ONLY 5!
They rip you off, the product is poor (made in china) but they say it comes from elsewhere, took months to get here and now even after photos showing wrong product they still argue telling you your wrong.
SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE !

Purchased furniture in February, still waiting. Correspondence from Oz Homes has stopped. Extremely frustrated!

DELAYS!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered outdoor chairs early April and was given 26 May as the delivery date. It's now 7 July and still no delivery or communication. When you call, the automated response directs you back to the website. And cannot get a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I bought a rocking chair, cost me $400 and it has no backing to it. I fell and landed on my head, seriously injuring my neck.
Luckily I’m not elderly because that could’ve lead to something worse.
Can’t contact anyone to fix the problem so no one else gets hurt!

I purchased a table that came broken . It’s impossible to have a conversation with them . It’s by ticket and you wait for a reply for 3 days . Then you ask another question and you get a generic excuse and wait another 3 days . Over 2 weeks and no resolution . Found same table advertised from another company , superior product perfectly packaged dont mind mentioning Artspire . 3 day delivery .

This Company appears to be a scam.Our order did arrive when expected ,but the package was left outside the main entrance to our unit very late at night without any notification and in pouring rain?
The cheap carbord outside packaging had. disintegrated completly.
The product was in the form of a Flatpack which needed to be assembledwhich is not detailed in the catologue or Website.?The furniture unit ( a dressing table) was in 32 pieces which had to be assmbled using intructions written in Chinese (no use to me).
I did attempt to put the cheap thing together but soon (after 3 hours) found that some of the components were pre drilled in the wrong place or on the wrong sideof the timber.
Overall the unit was of cheap quality and poorly pre stained .
I did ring up the Company only receiving the usual AI generated reply to my call.
I have written off my$475.00 paid for this rubbish and would advise any future buyer to re consider?
PLease consider carefully.

Oz home hub, they are not even worth of one star in review.

I have ordered couple of items from them. The coffee table, spend $1300/- and arrived after 5.5 months, delivered just the table top only no dual footings. Sending emails back and forth for last few days, THEY SAY “ THEY ARE INVESTING FURTHER “ BUT NOTHING SEEMS PROGRESSING”

Secondly, bought a side table, look at the photo, they say “ BASR MATERIAL IS WOOD” but when they deliver the item , the top layer of the base material is already peeled off as it is MDF WITH WOOD LIKE COVERING ON IT” So I have contacted them “ THEY SAID “ IT IS ENGINEERED WOOD” so I asked them for a replacement, They rejected my request and said it is not a structural issue.

AVOID THIS SCAMMERS AT ANY COST. THINGS LOOS GOOD IN PHOTOS BUT REALITY HIGH PRICE TAG SND CJEAP QUALITY ITEMS. I MADE A MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. NEVER AGAIN.

WHEN YOU FACE AN ISSUE, UNABLE TO CONTACT THESE SCUM BAGS AND PATHETIC DELIVERY, THEY DELIVER THE WHOLE PALLET.

AVOID OZ HUB. NOT WORTH IT.

There is no need for reviewing this supplier. They are a SCAM and Fair Trading does nothing to stop their business activities, even though they accept that they have received multiple complaints.

Their items come with no assembly instructions. When asked, they will send a generic one, but by no means would you be able to assemble it—even by professionals. This leads to you having to use their own assembler for a hefty price. Assume that if you order, you might start using the items by one year or so.

My final advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing items.

Ordered a coat rack and some cabinetry for my study. Coat rack arrived after 90 days. Delivery guy just turned up on a Saturday morning with no notice and i was interstate. Took 2 weeks to reschedule the delivery. STILL waiting on update of the cabinetry product! Follow up after follow up... ticket lodged and all i get is "thanks for your patience, we have directed to the required department". They have sat on my funds for 4 months now. No concise answers and no communication to requesting a refund! Tried these guys once and never again! Be careful out there with these guys. Will edit if they come through with a date and clear delivery guidelines, but for now... I have had enough!

Item took over 4 months to arrive, well past the estimated delivery date. Despite advertising suggesting local stock, the item was actually shipped from overseas rather than a Sydney warehouse. Customer support responded to tickets promptly but only continued to thank me for my patience, with no meaningful resolution offered. Refunds or cancellations were not permitted once the item had left the country of origin.

After escalating the matter to the ACCC, the product finally arrived within two weeks. Unfortunately, the furniture itself was very disappointing — poor quality, flimsy, and not as pictured online. Overall, I would not recommend shopping with this company.
