Sometimes deliver drivers "can't find"…
Sometimes deliver drivers "can't find" the house which is a lorry or way out of the he village. I was impressed how they asked for the exact location pin and it was delivered to the right place perfectly on time!!!

Perfect experience
Perfect experience. The delivery person took the time to call me by phone as I was not in my house. The exchange was nice and efficient. I really appreciate this delivery compared to lot of other deliveries very unpleasant.

Picking up the package at the shop was…
Picking up the package at the shop was great; the people running that drop-off point were friendly and very kind, but the actual delivery service was a total disaster.
They showed up on July 13th outside the hours listed in the profile (9:00 AM to 1:30 PM).
We are in an office building, and there is no one there outside those hours. Well, they turned up at 5:19 PM and then called at 8:00 PM asking if we were there. Obviously, we told them no.
On July 14th, they sent an email claiming they had stopped by at 12:51 PM, but that isn't true; they neither called our office nor spoke to the concierge, who is on duty from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Yesterday, the 16th, I received an email stating that since I wasn't found, they would leave the package at a partner "PUNTO PAACK GO" location. Well, they didn't do that either.
It wasn't until this morning that they finally dropped it off and I was able to pick it up—after an unnecessary delay that could have been avoided simply by sticking to the stated Monday-to-Friday schedule of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
To reiterate: the staff at the PUNTO PAACK GO location were perfect; as for the delivery service itself, I'll let you judge that for yourselves.
