Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

There is complete lack of customer service. I have been trying to get in touch for the past two days through every available channel. The live chat is not actually staffed by agents but by an AI that only provides generic responses and offers no way to speak to a real person. I have also sent emails and have received nothing but automated replies stating that i should contact the chat.

They do not send any information about lost package, or it's status. I have contacted company I ordered from and they confirmed that Paack has lost my package - Paack has never reached out to me with this information. If it wasn't for the other company I wouldn't know that - as the message the automatic chat has been giving me is to check tomorrow.

I will be avoiding this company at all costs.

the company is doing well because they have a driver who has the correct mentality to be a courier. He is courteous, polite and also speaks English. He delivers parcels without lying about non deliveries and said he personally who call the customer before not delivering the parcel. In the past he has done this for me so 5 stars to this man
