Finally Paack got one right.
This is the first time this company have managed to deliver to my house, without any hitches. I was out collecting another parcel that they were unable to deliver when it arrived. Although the gate was open and there were people in the house it was left 'in a safe place.'.

Don't belive when they tell you they are delivering on a weekend
The experience with the courier who deliver the package was very good.
I'm just unsatisfied with the overall experience with paack. While they said they were delivering it on Saturday, and I spent all day at home without any chance to live the house, they never deliver the package or tried to contact me, having said in the end they tried to deliver but the client wasn't home. This has not only prevented me to make a better use of my Saturday, but also disturbed other deliveries I had planned.
