Delivery arrived but not to my door
Delivery arrived but instead of bringing it up in the elevator delivery person sent it up in the elevator. Did not bring to my door. A change of service from previous deliveries when they always brought it directly to my door.

Terrible experience.
The parcel was delivered only after the 4th attempt! the first three times claiming that there was nobody home ! when there has always been s.o. at home, and the 4th time, after I had filed a claim with Amazon, the driver just dropped the parcel behind the entrance door, without even calling anyone. this is the first time I have experienced such a bad service with one of the carriers used by Amazon ! as a result the delay was 10 days over the estimated delivery time.
