I had a pending payout for two weeks because Paddy Power’s automated customer support kept wrongly rejecting my broadband bill as a "mobile phone bill." When I challenged this obvious mistake, they immediately closed my account.Worse, they are now refusing to pay my full balance. They claim closing my account is a "business decision" and are withholding €25 of my settled winnings, only offering to return €55.Under gambling regulations, a bookmaker cannot use a commercial "business decision" to confiscate fairly won money from settled bets. It is completely unfair trading. I am launching a formal dispute with IBAS to get my remaining €25 back on principle. Unacceptable customer service.

What a dumb site sign up and it asks for your passport and a bank statement which i sent, half an hour they send an email asking for passport and bank statement. What a joke. I don't need this there are hundreds of better sites and it seems like i dodged a bullet having read the other reviews anyway.

Im sick and tired of being robbed by this theiving bunch. All i do is deposit and pay their wages no game play with their slots its a scam the probability of you winning is 0 brings in 2 bonuses and wheel spins for third to have a win streak never happens rotten to the core. 7 team accumulator 6 won the other was abandoned at half time though I would get a 6 team pay out but no they say half time result stands which was 3 nil I wanted 4 goals in 90 mins. Strange

Worst online website for gambling. Other site let you win time to time but paddy power just taking your money and their promotions are absolutely useless. I never ever ever playing in there .more than 100 grand I played and im so disappointed with them .

Paddy Power say that they do not encourage too much gambling but they do. I normally bet every day and paddy power have given best odds guaranteed on my bets. They have just altered their terms so that you need to bet £5 a day to get best odds guaranteed. If that’s not encouraging people to bet more , I don’t know what is! I hardly ever bet more than a quid. I do not believe it when they say that they aren’t in favour of people betting more , after all it’s in their interest to encourage heavier gambling.

Absolute jokers, had my account hacked over £700 taken from my bank, and its not there fault, eventually credited my account with 720 pound oknly to block me because they needed banking details yeh right so my account is showing 720 but they will not let me withdraw, people stay well clear from these thiefs.

I had a issue with money taken from my account for a bet that I did not put on .the gentleman dealing with my issue was polite and tried hes best to help me but my issue has now been passed on to someone else 🙃. I dont believe it is acceptable to have to wait and not know how long for . Paddy power is the only betting account I have and ever had ,but I am now looking at opening another account somewhere else and closing Paddy power down .
