Should be investigated, this can not happen day in day out unless it's blatantly crooked, there is no other explanation. Regardless of what Cs say, games regulated etc,
No doubt this review will be removed by trustpilot, yet again.

No backwards & forwards blaming devices & troubleshooting etc. Got an understanding response & offered compensation without request or having to force my issue or didn't have to continuesly repeat myself as usual compared to lots of previous chat's messages.

Scam of a company my bet won last night they said a supersub doesn't count, it clearly shows on my bet if a player gose off his sub counts

Had an account with PaddyPower for a few years.it was a verified account, but i had a few small wins, i dont bet more than a fiver on the football , had a few trebles come up and they closed my account for business reasons. Joke of a betting site, stick to Bet 365, or Skynet, no problems with these sites,

Struggled with creating an account, Ai and agents were more than helpful

Put wrong amount of bet so I pressed get help button and paddy power sorted it in a matter of minutes great result thank you paddy power oh and a free 2 pound bet 👍

Rotten company. They did not honour additional free spins initially as I failed to sign up via a specific affiliate marketing page which is intentionally convoluted to con you out of the extra spins. I asked them via chat as a goodwill gesture but they were arrogant, dismissive and repugnant.

Weeks later after submitting documents (random unsubstantiated prompt) when logging in one time, it still showed documents required. When trying to upload them it would go straight to the page stating, documents uploading and waiting review. For well over 1 week. Asbolutely ZERO correspondence explaining why.

Today when dealing with "Stevenson" in chat he was obstructing, insensitive and failed to answer reasonable questions. I submitted my latest phone bill which shows the company name, my address, my phone number and billing amount as per the list of acceptable documents supplied by Stevenson and I quote his exact message:

Bizarrely, I was informed the document does not meet the criteria. He repreatedly dodged the question and refused to answer what constitutes "proper" (his word) or "correct" documentation as I had explicitly fulfilled the requirement. This whole process took way over an hour and he even stalled out on providing details for the complaints procedure. He alleged they would still double down on their flagrant failure if contacted which is actually a further terrible indictment of the conduct of Paddy Power.

If this is the extent of the customer service then AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are discriminatory and painfully incompetent. I can only assume as much at this stage. Disgraceful conduct.

The onboarding process involves an unnecessary amount of friction due to a lack of basic technical and procedural knowledge from the verification team.
A legitimate utility bill from YUNO Energy was rejected under the incorrect assumption that it was "not issued by the company" simply because the metadata showed it was generated via IronPDF. This demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of standard digital document generation and APIs. Furthermore, a valid phone bill contract was rejected with a blanket statement that phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.
Despite requesting an escalation, the support chat failed to resolve the issue properly, at one point inappropriately suggesting a driver's license be uploaded as proof of address.
The verification staff operates with an adversarial mindset rather than a helpful one, resulting in a completely abandoned onboarding process. This review is intended for QA to review their staff's training and standard operating procedures. I will not be returning.

Fair dues to PaddyPower... tou might have lost a few bets on the World Cup 2026 tournament... but whenever one comes up they give you a "proper win/acknowledgement " ... I would have loved to add the "picture" showing my €115.28 return on €5 bet :-)

The only site i have found to be honest straight forward and customer support very helpful they honour their bonuses unlike other sites that blame your bank not had a issue with paddy power so far is above the rest top tier site

I dont know why anybody would use the games on PP. In my experience they have ruined the system of any descent payouts. Whatever they have done possibly giving away too much free stuff has back fired but even a jackpot win is only a few pound compared to what you may put in. PP need to check themselves loosing good long term customers :).

Mr Paddy i been a customer long time and i always been honest with you. The new system you got for the casino free bet ( bet checkers) doesn’t work. I used get between 50/100 pounds of free bet a month now since you got the new system is been 0 , I can’t get a free bet anymore and is been nearly 3 months, and I’m doing exactly the wagering i been doing for years. What changed?? If you don’t give the free casino bet just say so instead of me talking to a computer that always says NO . My grandma always told me if something is not broken why fix it. !!

The customer services there is absolutely good and the low minimum deposit is so good and helps beginners to gain experience.

If i could give less then 1 star for these cheating people i would over past 3 weeks spent 150 on casino games to get nothing all back 25 free spins each week to get 80 pence or less they have changed since their old website they was actually fair but now cant do nothing at all on the website i would keep well away from them nothing comes good from these cheating people except been robbed blindly
