Poor customer service
I ordered the incorrect size so I ordered the correct and sent the others back using the correct procedure a with paperwork in the box. They had not even been out of the box! . I have emailed countless times and sent proof of postage but I have not received a refund. Certainly won’t be sharing with my padel club!

The service is horrible.
I have order the racket for 137 euros and paid 40 euros taxes with a delivery to Thailand. I got a racket with all of scratches, and obviously used before!
I went to the customer support. They asked me the serial number of the racket and immediately disappear. Nobody got back to me after 3 weeks. Avoid that market.

The racket I ordered for my son was damaged in transit. I have been waiting a month now - I have sent numerous photos and was promised a quick response as they realised it was a Christmas present. I have not heard anything since the middle of December despite chasing!! - No goods or refund offered!!

Racket came cracked and no response
I’ve contacted them on social media and by email but still no response. A bout 8 days ago a racket arrived (after about 10 days) and it came cracked. Within minutes I emailed to show them the racket and if I could get it replaced. I know it’s over the holidays but they’re online and ignoring the messages.
Still haven’t heard back. It was an expensive racket so it’s very disappointing and wondering if I’m maybe stuck with a cracked racket. Very very poor service.
