I had originally purchased an padel racket, Sam, reached out to me to try to resolve the issue of my item not been delivered. After, we reviewed all the correct information was provided, and a claim filed with UPS. A new item was then sent out by Sam at PadelUSA.

Although this might noy be entirely your fault as a company, I have yet received my padel, UPS said their driver dropped off my package, but it was not! Also, I haven’t heard anything back as far as a possible replacement, credit, etc.
Please reach out to me regarding this, I have been in contact with Rej, who told me to file a claim with UPS.
