Let me first off start by saying, I'm NOT a paid reviewer. My five star rating has to do with my real experiences only. These guys have been the most reliable survey site I've ever come across. I've been doing their surveys for about three years now. They're usually short and to the point. I can't say that you'll ever get rich from them (let's face it, no survey site will bring you wealth), but it's reliable and hardly ever do any of their surveys waste time by disqualifying you. I thought of giving them four stars just because they don't send as many surveys as I would like, but that wouldn't be fair.
Also, I don't know about anyone else but I can cash out after I reach the $5 mark.

This is simply a copy of a ticket I sent to PaidViewpoint a few minutes ago:
Hello,
Please don't take this as a hostile comment, but if there were an award for "Biggest waste of time on a survey site," you would win it hands down. I've been a member for around...2 years now, with a trait score of 10,000, and the compensation I've received for that is roughly equivalent to what I would (and have) received in 2-4 weeks from any of your legitimate competitors. I don't know what kind of game you're trying to run, but I'm not playing any more. Thank you for your time.
The long and short of it is, while this site fronts as being legitimate, even after obtaining the maximum "trait score" (which takes several months of taking every single survey they send you) you don't actually make more than around $0.30-$0.40 per survey, and they don't pay out until you hit $15.00. Until you hit the maximum trait score, you get $0.10 per survey 90% of the time, and you only have access to a few surveys a week.
So...you can use PaidViewpoint and make $0.50 per week for a year, then maybe $1 after that, by completing every survey available every day, or you could go to any number of other sites, take 1 or 2 of your choosing a day, and make 10x in a week from day one. Up to y'all :) .

Paid viewpoint is a decent app to earn extra money. I have friends who have earned 2100 usd in one year only by referrals. I have been doing it for 3 months and only made 23.00 usd. They send the surveys at night while I sleep then they expire and I earn nothing.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unethical Practices and Handling of Frozen Accounts
Dear Paid Viewpoint Support Team,
I am writing to formally address several concerns I have encountered with your service, particularly regarding the unethical handling of accounts and funds when an email is hacked or stolen.
Firstly, it is deeply concerning that when an account is compromised, customers lose their funds, despite having no control over the security breach. This policy of penalizing customers for hacked accounts, regardless of the terms in your contract, is not just poor business practice—it is morally indefensible. It appears that your company profits significantly from the suffering of your customers, and this raises serious ethical questions.
Additionally, I would like to inquire about the interest accrued on funds held in frozen accounts. It is troubling to think that substantial amounts of money are sitting in these accounts, accruing interest for your company over extended periods, potentially up to a year. This practice suggests a disturbing lack of concern for customer welfare. Is the revenue generated from these frozen funds not sufficient to address the losses faced by your customers?
As a dedicated survey participant for many years, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of support and accountability. When customers need to change their email or recover their accounts, they should not be met with punitive measures or indifference.
One last thing. Your company only offered the one time change because I complained on a global site. Lets get that point out there. After I complained you offered. You are very right your company does not fit with my moral compass. I wish you the best of luck.

I just got an email from paid viewpoint stating that I could get paid $0.10 to $53 for a paid survey it didn't tell me how long though. I just think that's a horrible price for us to work for..

I was a member for 2 years, worked hard to get and keep the highest "trait score" (aka a badge of honesty) but as a UK user it is very apparent that the small window to accept and complete any decently paid survey is only available during USA work hours. After a massive update to their site in early 2024, the option to complete surveys would dribble in at maybe 1x ten cent survey a day, and even then the app only notified users half the time that there was a survey to complete. When I raised this with them all I got was sanctimonious replies that I should look into my phone settings. Users aren't stupid & know when they're being fobbed off. After slowly filling in my 10 cent surveys, I finally made my minimum $15 amount (£11 🙄) so I could cash out and close my account. Problematic app, awful customer service, paltry reward. Not worth it any more.

I've been a member of paid viewpoint for some years now. and lately, just because the company asking for the survey to be done, if they don't like your answer, you get punished. Well, I'm sorry. If I don't like a product and I'm asked why, I will explain. If I can't use a product in the survey, I will explain that too. If I'm asked to judge a cosmetic, but the model in the ad is a different color of skin, how can I determine how it would look on me? those are the things that have got me punished. This site is NOT worth it. You can't be honest and if the company hosting the survey doesn't like your answer, YOU get punished. There are better sites out there to use!
Since, I can't directly reply to paid viewpoint's rebuttal, I will here. I have never answered ok, I don't know, etc. to a question. As you can see here, I am versed in complete sentences. The fact still IS, the companies not liking your complete sentence answer will get you punished, as they state below, they won't get paid. Maybe it's time they ask the companies if they are being BIASED in the answers they are wanting and are refusing answers that don't meet their biased agenda.
oh, believe me. I've already deleted you from my computer bookmarks and have also used other websites to make people aware how you really are.
It's a shame that you wouldn't stand up for those taking your surveys, but wish to side with the companies that pay you.
but what do you plan on doing with the $5 dollars and change in my account, not forward it to my paypal? that only shows others how crooked you are.
I have never once given an inappropriate answer, have never given a one word answer ( ok, good, etc ) I have never even given a gibberish answer. I use complete sentences and give thought to my answers. I can't believe I'm being PUNISHED by the actions of the company wanting the survey. I am not responsible for their BIAS and what they want in their answers. And I don't understand why you are not standing up for those that participate in your program by questioning the companies. Is it because for the ones they reject with their BIAS, puts more money in your pockets.
You see it here folks. Paid viewpoint does NOT care about you. Only about the money they rake in. There are lots of reliable and reputable sites out there. Avoid paid viewpoint.

Total waste of time, you do one survey and earn 10 cents then have to wait hours for another if your lucky. Not worth the time.

They offered NO SURVEYS, and when I contacted them about it , they CRIED because I USED CAPS, LIKE I'M DOING NOW! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Took forever to get a payout hardly no surveys

Reply from PaidViewpoint
A good company but a little different, The first target I had to reach for payout was quite high, but then each time it went less, now it is just$5
Make sure your details are correct otherwise you can not get paid for a period of time if you change them, but they do pay out quickly
I'm still using them and still getting paid

This survey website must be the slowest ever known to man for people to earn some money. I started with hope in my heart that I was going to be able to complete some amazing surveys and getting recompensed at a reasonable rate.
That hope was dashed when I was earning 3c per survey and my trait score rose little by little. As I had joined the website a fair while back, I started to get annoyed and my gut feeling tonight said, "Get the hell out." I can now forget the wasted time I spent here and join other more worthwhile paying survey websites.

The most important thing is that you are not removed from the survey.
Surveys are fewer than you would like, but they are paid.

Someone said they cashed out 4 times tell us How do you get to $15 with $0.03 survey??

Reply from PaidViewpoint
The problem with this app is that at the most you get 0.03 dollars for every survey which is frustrating. The surveys are hard to come by and when it does you get 0.03 dollars.
Bottom-line? The income isn't worth wasting your time
After they had a new look of website, they do not sent daily survey anymore, they made my faithful to these website broken.

at first you get 50 cent serveys then u get 3 cent ones absolute scam

I have been a member for five years and my experience with this survey site has been nothing short of fantastic. You receive credit for your surveys immediately (unlike other sites where you have to wait) and can cash out fairly quickly. Although their site states it is a 72 hour wait to get paid, most of the time it is sooner than that. You never get rejected (again, unlike other survey sites) and their customer service is top notch. I recently experienced a technical issue and their support team helped me resolve it very quickly. They respond within a few hours. You won't get rich but it is a reliable, solid and trustworthy site. I recommend it.

This app used to be good until the latest change now I only get a trait survey once or twice a day for 10 cent 1 star app now
