Was a great survey site until the recent update. You used to be able to quickly log in and get right to the surveys, easy peasy. Not anymore now it's a confusing mess, and just trying to log in is a pain. I think they spent more time trying to make the site hip, or cool instead of testing to see that it is user friendly, and easy to navigate. Hopefully they will fix this, and I will give them a chance. But if it isn't made more user friendly like it was before, then I'm done.

Signed on with PaidViewpoint for years now. Their experience has improved. Things are more quicker, and more worth the time doing. DO NOT believe in the Naysayers. Do you best on here, continue doing the best, knowing what it does for you. I was wary of the new update as well, that was until things managed to work out as intended. You Rock! Keep it up! 5 STARS!

Was a decent app until they updated their app now nothing but a scam app

Had no problem with this survey site until they did a recent update. I now cant cashout. Am on my 3rd support ticket as they reply to a ticket and then mark it as resolved when the issue isnt resolved.
Ive sent them screenshots of whats happening. From reading other recent reviews theres clearly an issue that needs to be addressed! Unless its fixed Id say AVOID as you wont get the money they owe you
UPDATE 9th April - Last support ticket told me to freeze earnings & they would unfreeze so I could cash out. Did that & updated them. Earnings now say 179 days until they unfreeze!

New App update is Bad. Unable to Cash out! Was great until the New App update.

The new software is different and I think more attractive. I did have an issue cashing out and opened a ticket with customer support. The one thing that didn't change was their outstanding customer support. They were as fast getting back to me with the solution as a NASCAR Team is at changing two tire and adding a can of fuel.

Best survey site, easy to use, easiest and best rewards. Doesnt waste your time and you always get SOMETHING for surveys.

Frustrated with Unfair Treatment and Lack of Assistance from PaidViewpoint

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my account has been handled on their platform. After diligently participating in surveys and accumulating $11.32 in earnings, I was shocked to discover that my account had been flagged without any reasonable explanation.

Despite repeatedly reaching out for assistance, their team has failed to provide me with any meaningful support or resolution. It is unacceptable that I am being blamed for their system errors and flagged account issues, especially when I was so close to cashing out my earnings.

This lack of accountability and customer care is a major red flag for me, and I have lost all trust and confidence in their survey site. However, given the incompetence displayed thus far, I have decided to discontinue my usage of PaidViewpoint altogether.

I'm just sharing my negative experience with others to ensure that they are aware of the unreliable and unfair practices employed by PaidViewpoint. It is imperative that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

I've been with PVP for quite a few years & I'm very happy w/ them. They don't pay much for surveys...but they do give you quite a few of them & the money does add up fairly quickly. I really like that they are straight forward...unlike a few other sites. I appreciate all of the money that PVP has paid me & highly recommend them.

I am unhappy with paid viewpoint right now. After I had submitted a ticket and explained that I needed to change my phone number on my account but I needed my earnings and wanted to know if there was a way that I can go around that and still receive my earnings. And yaw wrote back and said to do the steps to change my number and that when I was done to let yaw know and yaw would still give me my earnings and yaw explained that as a one time courtesy that yaw would. And then I had to write back because it still wouldn't let me change my number and then yaw told me to try in 24 hrs. Well now it it's saying that my account was closed!!' why the hell did it close for??'

I've been a member of PaidViewpoint for years and the site is one of the only ones that pays you at least 10 cents for every survey, whether you qualify or not. Once you build up your trust score you still get some trust surveys but never lose ground. I feel like it's one of the few that does not waste my time. I do not get a ton of surveys there but when I do I often qualify and if not I get 10 cents for my time which I appreciate. They also have an awesome referral program.

claim (paidviewpoint) made to my Statment is A lie or is missleading. it says in there temrs of service. ( The system PV uses to perform this assessment is called "TraitScore". The key to earning a high volume daily surveys TraitScoreSM )

we Have to work or way up from 0 all the way to 1000 Score . Inorder for erveryone to start reciving good surveys Sent out in the first place.(paidviewpoint) are the ones who sends out the surveys because of trait score ratings not There Clients Demographics as they claim.

There Terms of service Mentions nothing about based entirely on what There clients order and if you match the demographic they're researching that dont make sense at all.

The clients That need DemoGraphic Answers do not Determine how many surveys people get Because of Locations. there only looking for answers thats all . they are not paying us for this information.

There paying paidviewpoint.com to collet information form users who they promise to payout. for taking surveys while havin 1k or Higher Trait score. it just do not add up why would the clients pick and choose people who gets the survey based on dempgraphics from certain reigion only when thats how clients make there money for our data Farming.

Thats also another aboject of the client is to make as much money as possible from out data! so wouldnt it make more senes that every one gets survey to filled out for the clients to make more money. That would benifit the clients ? come on paid view you not fooling no one.

The Clients For (paidviewpoint.com) do not control how many surveys every one Gets .There clients only objective is to Get ansewrs they want from people through paidview. as a Third party provided who pays and sends out surveys for people to take . due to our high trait scores as in there Terms of service.

if that was Thats the case having a high trait score is useless and its no point in doing all that hard work Getting your score up only only to find out you can get any more survey do to Certain demographic of people can recive Surveys.

This prove my point even more that Paid viewpoint flawed system will cause this company to fail in the next five years. If more people find out that they did all that hard work getting there Trait score to 1000 it means nothing because of this new Demoraphic only rule.

then youll lose alot of your user which will cause paid view point to not be profitable any more. for clients or survey takers. Cause people are going head to other platforms that payout way better service with out demographic only rules.

Every one Look Up Definition of clients sending out Surveys to Paid third party survey hold sites or apps. And you will See what Im talking about also Read paid view point terms of Service we are supoosed to Get surveys based on the amount of trait score we Get not Demoraphic base only.

Not very good I only get 1 survey a day if I’m lucky, such a shame.😞

And it’s got nothing to do with you having to fill out your profile because I’ve filled nearly 100% of it…

I never get a real survey, only daily with 0,3 payment.Member for long time...maybe the country u are from is important but not worth for me...

Tested Legitimate Paying Survey Site. After a few months, I've got Payment at this Site through Paypal. I will never Forget that I've got my Payment worth $15. It Really Pays to Join here. 🌍

This site never qualifies me for surveys and then they sometimes give me a few cents compensation. Totally not worth my time. Overrated

Waste of time. 99% of reviews only paid $0.03. After three weeks I only made $3. I deleted my account and left the money there as it would have taken at least another month or so to get the minimum withdrawal out of $10. It's just not worth the hassle.

I absolutely LOVE PaidViewpoint surveys. They never have broken or frozen surveys. Every survey is completed and paid out. It takes a while to reach the first $15.00 cash out but after that, you receive more surveys and they pay more. I just did a survey that paid out almost $4.00. Keep up the good work!!
