DO NOT BUY PAJAMAS FROM HERE. I received my pajamas and they were to say All I want for Christmas is yoda one for me.

They came in and said all I want for chustemas is yoda one for me. It took longer than. Month to receive and then I received them only to be wrong! I have reached out several times regarding this and have received no response.

My wife ordered me pajamas from here for Christmas. The quality is cheap and the printed on material looks like it will wash off quickly. Zipper has already fallen off once and for some reason the pockets are up along my ribs rather than on my pants. Go anywhere else to buy, not worth it.

I can’t give zero stars or I would. Guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas which they didn’t. They said they would send something else. When I asked for a refund they said they could in fact ship, they shipped half the order, now they are telling me be patient, they’ll ship the rest. It’s past Christmas. Now they won’t answer me or refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You won’t get what you ordered or your money back

0 stars. Claim dhl express won’t ship to my location but that is a lie. Christmas Eve and they tell me this. I ordered back in November and was provided a shipping number. Just got an email this morning they won’t refund the product until I mail it back. How ever dhl express probably won’t bring it back 🤷🏽‍♀️ Huge rip off don’t waste time or money by the way they’re in Hong Kong so quality isn’t great. I shopped at a so called Canadian site mind you it’s in Hong Kong

like most said i wouldnt even give them a star. i ordered matching xmas pj. two of them are what i ordered two of them are not. i ordered 4 sets if pajamas and got three different kinds. not to mention i ordered them over 30 days ago. just got them today and needed them for a pj party over the weekend. fine they didnt come but now cant even wear them for xmas. one of the pajamas that i got they dont even show on their site. like they ran out of fabric and just made what ever. they are so cheap and disgusting. also every pair has the shortest sleeves ever. my 10 years old the sleeves are so short and the pajama bottoms are like capri pants and i even ordered them a size bigger.

It has been 3 weeks since I ordered from here and they have not even shipped it yet. I have asked for a refund and they say they will only give me 80% back. Customer service has been nothing but pathetic.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Paid an extra $60 in shipping because they said I would receive my $160 costume in 5 days. It’s been two weeks and they just keep telling me it’s coming. This was for my son’s birthday party so I ended up having to purchase costume elsewhere and no longer want it. They only will offer a partial refund once I get the product. Disputing with my credit card company but warning all consumers not to order from here.

Ordered a costume for Halloween, it arrived a week late, I ordered a UK Large Adult costume and it would not even fit a six year old girl PATHETIC!!!

I ordered a darling costume for my grandson on October 8th and it shipped on the 9th. After reading your reviews, I became concerned and emailed the company - the responded promptly to verify the order with the order number. While exchanging emails my daughter received the costume and said it was absolutely darling.

I would give negative stars if I could. Do NOT order from this website. I made the mistake of ordering my family matching Christmas pajamas. When they arrived they had no tags to indicate sizes; no tags at all (i.e. no brand tag), they were all way too small, the material was thin, very cheap and scratchy (no liner of any kind). It's hard to describe how bad the quality is.

As per the website, I can send back the items at my cost (which is a scam by itself because they make you send them back to China, which is very expensive). Regardless, I was willing to pay the shipping (given I'd ordered so many for my family it was worth the expense to send them back). After many attempts to contact the company requesting the shipping label, they finally responded saying they sent me what I ordered and they would not allow me to return them (even at my own cost).

This site is clearly a scam site. The quality of the products are the worst I've ever seen.

My only hope now is I've put a claim in with PayPal (thank goodness I used PayPal to purchase these items), so I'm waiting to hear back from them.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have paid $114.00 for the same product that only cost $29 (because I was charged for 2) and then the ridiculous price of $28 (for each one) for shipping to receive it in 3-7 days, (which I was not given the option of opting out of). The product (only 1) got to me 2 weeks after ordering it. And the company would not refund me the $57 for the other one that WAS NEVER DELIVERED to me because they said they did not authorize the refund for it. It's kind of hard to return something that I've never received! This was 2 months ago and they still will not refund me my money. This is a fraudulent company that likes to scam people. Would NOT recommend and will never order from this company again!

Did not receive my goods so spoke to our bank for a refund and they put us onto pay pal as we paid by card but it is processed by pay pal. It took a couple of weeks but got our money back everybody needs to do this so pay pal stop them using.

I ordered a onesie from this website before I checked their reviews. After I saw the terrible reviews on here I thought well it’s my own fault and I’ve been scammed.
But the onesie arrived!!!
It took 4/5 weeks to arrive from China. The company supplied me with a tracking number too.
My niece actually loves it, I wouldn’t order from this company again but don’t despair if you have because it worked out for me. Phew!

I order bag off these they send me 2 tracking number and both say errors I contact them 14 time about this they are refuses full refund high recommend none used this PajamasBuy company big scammer I have now ask PayPal get my money back from now.

I purchased a onesie for my girlfriend. It was a pea pod style with three 'pea balls' attached. Upon arrival I gave it a hand wash which was recommended on the wash label. One of the balls came off during the wash revealing it had been stuck on with a thick glue leaving a rough patch where it was previously stuck. Another ball was half coming off with another rough patch and the overall quality was a disgrace considering the £35 I paid in total including shipping costs. After emailing the company and showing pictures of what had happened they admitted to the item being faulty and offered me 50% or a full refund if I paid shipping costs. I was unhappy with paying shipping costs as it was to be sent to China and I didn't feel I should lose out financially because their product was faulty. They insisted so I send them my rights as a customer and they still refused just telling me 'This is our return policy.'. After realising what kind of company I was dealing with I opted for 50% of my money to be returned as I wasn't willing to wait days for further contact. They ended up paying me around £10 of my £35 which was just under 50% of what the item was listed as. They completely disregarded my own shipping costs, insisted I paid more to return it and I fear even if I were to do that they would have only paid me the item price in return. Awful product, terrible service - thieves.

Edit - also found out I now have to pay £30 in import charges?!

Horrible service. I ordered Hello Kitty onesie pajamas for my granddaughter for Christmas at the beginning of December. I finally received them on 5 January, but only after demanding my money back. They got a FedEx tracking number but didn't bring it into FedEx until I wanted my money back. It was in Inglewood CA and only had to ship to Colorado. Then to top it off, they weren't even Hello Kitty. They were just an ordinary cat. I was so mad but didn't send them back for fear I wouldn't get my money back. I would never recommend this company. Total sham.

This company is a complete scam. I would have preferred to give them a 0 star rating. They do not honor their return policy. The pajamas that I ordered for my family were too small. I referenced their sizing chart which turned out to be totally inaccurate. And I am in the process of disputing this and spreading the word to everyone about how lousy and cheap their product is and their dishonesty pertaining to their return policy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They’re absolutely terrible. I ordered 8 Christmas onesies for our family. The sizes were way off from the measurements listed on their website. Theses will not fit anyone over 5 ft tall no matter what size you buy. The crotch to shoulder length is extremely short. They smelt like a factory upon arrival. The quality is terrible. One of the pairs of PJs had the pockets sewn on the upper chest instead of stomach area like normal pockets. I kindly emailed them to initiate a return and they replied that it would cost more money and time than it would be worth to do the return because I’d have to pay for return shipping to China and that I should please consider keeping the product. I emailed them back the next day stating that despite the shipping cost to return, I would still like to return. They then said we are sorry we cannot return. Literally out $300 for a bunch of crap PJs they don’t fit anyone.

This company is a scam!! I bought a women’s size large onesie and it looks over 3 weeks to ship and when I received it was super cheap and for someone 5 ft tall. I couldn’t even get it over my shoulders. I asked for a refund and they said it would cost too much to return to China since I have to pay for shipping. WHAT a SCAM!!!! DO NOt BUY FROM HERE!!!

I ordered on November 30th, paid extra for 3-5 day shipping and is now December 14th and I have received nothing. I emailed them and they gave me a tracking number for Fedex, which doesn't work. I am in the process of disputing through Paypal. My son's present from Santa will have to be something else.
