I have recently purchased an Acorn trail camera and can absolutely highly recommend Alan and the team.
First the camera review

My Ltl Acorn camera is absolutely fantastic,
The set up instructions are written by Alan and are the type of instructions we all want but never get! Clear, concise, written in plain non jargon English, that made the set up so easy!

The images at night are in colour and so clear!

If you are looking for a wildlife camera that will not disappoint, this is the one for you!

I would 100% recommend a purchase from this company.

Communication from day of order was superb, confirmation order was immediate followed by a dispatch confirmation.
Delivery was the next working day and the camera was securely packaged.

I had a small issue with my camera (not the equipment's fault, it was due to the extreme freezing temperature's outside) and contacted Alan to get advice. The responses to each of my messages was within minutes, Alan was was so patient and extremely helpful. He suggested a list of tests I could do to try and pin point and resolve the problem and was always available to talk through any issues. (If he got fed up of my continual questions he never showed it!! )

All in all I am delighted with the product and the service thank you Pakatak!

Excellent service, product and delivery

We purchased a trail camera from Patatak and the item was quickly despatched and received. We had an issue with the camera after using for twenty one months. The guarantee was for two years and Patatak resolved the issue and I can confirm their customer service is excellent.

We purchased a trail cam from Pakatak which unfortunatley proved a bit 'glitchy'. Contacted them straight away and Alan (the owner) was brilliant. We agreed i'd return it and he'd test it. He did exactly as he promised and refunded in full.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Pakatak and quite regularly do. We use Pakatak for all our technical asset needs. Quality and service is absolutely top notch. I would not go anywhere else.

The camera won't connect to my phone now, it did the first time but not since, I've tried contacting the company for help, but to date have not had a reply, to my phone call, email or twitter, so it's going back.
