Colours are wildly inaccurate
Colours are wildly different than advertised and they then play hard ball when trying to process a refund.
I purchased lilac orchid which is supposed to be a dull deep purpley red, what I received is closer to bubblegum pink and I've just received an email telling me this is because of my phone being the problem...

We would like to clarify that our product listings state: "Please note: The colours on the product listings are only given as a guide. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours. In addition, everyone sees these colours differently. Sample pots are available to order upon request." This information is provided to help manage expectations regarding colour variations that may occur due to different display settings and individual perceptions.
We appreciate your positive feedback on the quality of the paint. However, we feel the rating doesn't reflect this or the level of delivery service but understand your concern about the colour discrepancy. The lilac orchid you received may appear different from the listing due to these factors. Similarly, the iris blue may also vary in appearance.
We believe that a 1-star review is quite harsh, considering that we have clearly advised of potential colour differences and offered sample pots to help with colour selection.
