I ordered the garden kneeler. I didn’t realize it was coming out of China. It took almost 2 months to receive my order and all I got was the pad. Beyond pissed. Will never order from them again.

Like everyone else, I thought I was getting a garden kneeler (because thats what the ad indicated) but just got the foam pads. Of course they say I got what I ordered. But oh, I can keep the pads PLUS they'll give me a 15% refund (two bucks). I will never purchase from an unknown place again. I should have known!! and although the ad disappeared, they had several under different names (I noticed afterward). Scam! Also I see we are all forced to give them a one star rating. More BS.

As with the rest of these reviewers, I too didn't look up this company before I ordered the garden kneeler. Total rip off. Just received kneelers and they won't give a total refund or send me correct product. The emails are written by someone who does not have a complete command of the english language. Pissed at myself for being dupped!!

So happy I shop with PayPal. I took my scam case to them and they got my full refund.

This company is a scam. Ordered the Garden Kneeler and received a foam pad. After 17 emails they are still refusing to send me the correct product or refund my money. But now they are wanting me to send back the product on my dollar and say that they will give a 30% refund if I return the item. They are a ripoff company. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered but I have never had any issues with ordering online. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Just what everyone else says. Total scam. Say they don't have the item to send. But you can go online and still buy it. Offer a new order you pay for but will give you a 15% discount. When credit card company gets involved, they offer you a 10% refund, and you get to return what they did send you to China on your dime. It's about $5 worth of stuff you would never buy alone. Don't get anything from them. And check the reviews first.

Complete fraud. Ordered the garden seat and all they sent was the foam knee pad. They're majickly out of stock...but sent the foam cushion. They will not refund me. Complete scam.

This is the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. The product pictured on the page is not what you get. They use a photo of the product garden kneeler and seat. It shows the metal frame, foam pad for the seat and a tool bag that goes on the frame. What they send is the foam and the bag. No frame. False advertising. Bad company.

I wish I had looked at reviews of this company before doing business with them. Ordered the garden kneeler and only got a foam pad, when the photo clearly shows a complete bench/kneeler. It’s false advertisement and they don’t care.

I will join the other reviews as this has been the worst company I’ve had to deal with. Never try to order from Pamonny.com because it is a scam company. I ordered the Kneeler and received a cheap foam pad and no metal frame. This scam company deals with emails only no phone numbers for this company.

If you read this I hope you are still in time and did not purchase from these scammers.
As many, I ordered a garden kneeler; received a knee pad instead. I asked to return and get my full money back. They offered me to keep the pad and reimburse me 45% of the money (which is their max). This is their plan all along, take the money, return 45% and keep the rest claiming they are doing you a favor and saving you the money to ship back. Will notify authorities and Facebook to ensure they remove their ads.

I would give Zero stars if possible... Sent me a $ item.. not the one pictured. Refuse to refund.., They say I can pay my own shipping to send it back, if I want a refund.. Don't buy from them.. SCAM

This is totally a scam site. Do not buy from them! Go to Amazon and buy from them. I ordered this product and received just a foam piece no steel sides for attaching the foam to. I contacted the company and through several emails I finally got a 40% refund of the product-I paid $22 included with shipping and received $9.00 back. It would have cost me more to ship the product back to China. What a rip off!

What a horrible experience. I ordered a Garden Kneeler with tool bag. I received a foam rubber knee pad. Pamonny refused to send me the actual product. Never trust this company or their advertised product or their so-called guaranteed satisfaction.

Totally fraudulent website.Same experience as everyone else, received the two foam pads and insistence that that's what I ordered.Credit card billed. Clearly they don't even understand English, kept receiving the same form letter over and over offering me discount to keep the wrong product, no matter what response I gave.. Visa credited my account. Beware of this company. Thanks to my credit card company.

I ordered the Garden Kneeler and received a cheap plastic foam pad. They responded to my email that this is what I ordered even though the email confirmation states GARDEN KNEELER. I have posted a claim with Pay Pal!!

Total scam!!! Just a plastic pad.. nothing else!
