Scammers

Scammers! I ordered a "Garden Kneeler" and received a cheap foam pad that wasn't what was advertised. They sell the garden kneeler bench for $99 as if it is a clearance item; later I learned you can purchase the bench, pad, and tool pocket all for $29 on Amazon. It makes me wonder about Pay Pal for allowing sellers like this on their site......

As others have stated

As others have stated, I ordered a "Garden Kneeler" and received a cheap foam pad that wasn't what was advertised. After receiving no satisfaction from Pamonny, I've opened a case with PayPal. The initial response from them, via PayPal is a typical stalling technique. Do not order from this company!

Pamonny.com on Facebook is a SCAM

Pamonny.com on Facebook is a SCAM! Don’t fall for it. I ordered a Garden Kneeler and got a cheap piece of foam. I went on Facebook and looked up Pamonny and found dozens of others that had the same thing happened to them. I ended up calling my credit card company and fortunately they refunded my money.

GARDEN KNEELER - BAIT & SWITCH

I ordered a Garden Kneeler that was advertised by this company on FaceBook at a 46% off special price of $15.99. I'm fairly new to FB and thought they vetted their advertisers. Apparently not! I started having a sick feeling that I was scammed when the item didn't arrive in the 7-20 days as promised and realizing their name was PAY MONEY!!! What I received in 31 days was just a foam PAD. I contacted the company. They asked me to provide photos of the item and package labels. I did as asked and was told they were sorry for the inconvenience but they could give me a special deal of 15% off on another item. I asked why I would purchase another item when they didn't give me the original item I purchased. They said they were out of stock. I asked then why is it still being advertised. I was told I could send it back but I had to pay $20 shipping. I said NO; I wanted the item for which I paid. Their response: "We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept this suggestion. This is the best proposal that I can provide to you, but in this case, I have checked with our manager,we would like to offer you an exceptional proposal which will be provided to you only: how about we provide a 20% refund for the product. Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee." I told them to provide me with a refund of $13.49, which equals $15.99-$2.50 (price of 1 pad from Amazon ad attached). They stated "we did not send the wrong goods to you as the product you received is the type you ordered. There're 3 options on our store, could you kindly check again?" I again told them their ad indicated I would be receiving a kneeler not a knee pad. Nowhere in this ad is there a picture shown of a knee pad for sale. My last response to them was that they gave me concrete reason to contact the BBB and other agencies. To date I have not received another reply.
I have all the emails regarding this issue if needed. Look for the 2020 Garden Kneeler.

I should have read the reviews b

I should have read the reviews before buying from this SCAM of a CRAPPY RIP-OFF whatever it is. I was playing Wheel of Fortune one day and this advertisement popped up. Silly me, I thought it to be legit because of Wheel of Fortune. My story is the same as everyone else. Next time I will stick with reliables like Amazon or Wayfair.

This company is totally a RIP-Off!!! They are named PAY-MONEY for a reason because that is all you will do. I too was stupid enough to not check online reviews before ordering. Stupid me. Never again. I got the same treatment. Order the Garden Kneeler and got a figgin' foam pad instead.

Pamonny are Thieves and Frauds

I ordered two little items that you can kneel on to garden with a frame to help you up. I received part of one item. Contacted them (apparently are Fashiononline but they were selling under the name Pamonny) and asked that they send the missing item and the missing part to the item received. They refuse to do this. They kept offering to refund PART of my money. What I received is useless by itself, so I would have paid $47 dollars for essentially nothing. I finally decided I would return the item. They said it had to be at my expense. I had to ask for their address several times. They didn't even offer to provide a label. I may return the item on principal, although I might be throwing good money after bad. I have no assurance that they would refund anything. I complained to Amex, and they may take care of it. But, in my opinion Fashiononline/Pamonny in China are essentially thieves

Report to the FTC

Report to the FTC
Hello
Normally I would let something like I'm reporting go without further action, however; this time I feel I need to report this company. I ordered a Garden Kneeler that was advertised on TV.Total was $22.98. What I received was just a PAD. I contacted the company and they asked me to take a photo of the item and the package labels that it came in. I did as they asked and I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience and that i cold send it back but I had to pay the shipping. I said NO that I wanted what I ordered and paid for . They then came back with on offer of 10% OFF....Sent back NO and they then offered me a 30% money back and return the item ( at my own expense).
At this point I decided to look up reviews on this company, which I should have done to begin with; interesting to find out I'm not the only one that had this problem. Seeing many other people complaining of the same issue made me decide to make this report.
I have all the emails regarding this issue if need be.
The Web site is pamonny.com Look for the 2020 Garden Kneeler.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Susan

Pamonny is a Big Scam

I totally agree that this company is a HUGE SCAMMER and I also ordered the garden kneeling bench and I only received a kneeling pad that I can buy at the dollar store. I have been going back and forth with emails to them and they tried to offer me a 30% discount and kept asking me to send pictures multiple times. I finally sent them a picture of the kneeling bench off of their website and now they're saying it's out of stock! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!

I too was scammed!! Ordered the garden kneeler And only got 2 pads and a plastic bag. No frame. Repeatedly emailed requesting the frame and the response was to keep it and accept a 30% refund. (First offer was 10% then 20 then 25 now 30). This is a terrible company! Do not order from them.
