Scammed like everyone else here. Just order from Amazon, people.
Like everyone else here, I ordered three garden kneelers with tool bags and digging gloves for $97 and received 3 pieces of foam, cheap tool bags, and significantly smaller and cheaper digging gloves than pictured on Pamonny. This is at best a scam, but constitutes fraud and mail fraud since the items were delivered through USPS. I contacted all three of the emails and got the same 15% offer as everyone else, though they did up their offer to 20% on the third email:
Dear customer,
Thanks for your support and concern on our store.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. It's regret for us to hear that the product can't meet your expectation. As the product is gotten from our suppliers, we will reflect this issue to our suppliers so that they could improve the quality of the product. In addition, as the item can be used, could I suggest that we issue a partial 20% refund as a compensation? Is it acceptable for you? And you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your money and time. Hope for your understanding.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

As I see by other customers concerns
As I see by other customers concerns, I am not the only one to order a garden kneeler/seat and received a piece of foam.
The company's auto responder was adamant that I ordered the piece of foam and refused to send me the correct item.
I waited 5 weeks to have a piece of foam shipped from China to be told that I got exactly what I ordered.
I have no desire to do business with this company again.
I will be contacting the NC authorities about this sham.
Scam! I got a foam pad only!!
I too ordered the garden kneeler and was charged 22.98. I immediately knew something was wrong when they took the money the same day but no order info was found. I sent them an email saying to refund. Instead they gave me a tracking number. Which by the way said it came from China! So here I am waiting and today I got a frickin foam pad only!! Scam!! Beware!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pamonny.com is a SCAMMER
I was scammed like others with their false advertising regarding their low cost garden kneeler ! I encourage each one to read reviews first and do NOT fall for their advertised low prices. This company based in Orpington, G Britain is just out there to get people's money ! And they partner with local companies as I received my knee pad from Mead, CA. I tried to stop payment after 1 week and I have not received the supposedly garden kneeler, but by then my credit card company had paid them ! I ordered July 18, 202 and received the knee pad on August 15, 2020. The improperly constructed english sentences should have been a red flag for me with my email exchange with whoever was manning their email system. A word of caution which I did not pay attention to at the outset. If there's no telephone contact number one can call and if called no one answers but a recording ? That is a big time red flag ! I got one lousy knee pad for the garden kneeler I ordered and paid for. This company is but out to get people's money, so BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !!!
I too wish I would have looked at the…
I too wish I would have looked at the reviews. What a rip off. I received the same as everyone else. Two pieces of foam.

I ordered the same gardener stool and…
I ordered the same gardener stool and got the lousy foam pad. Their story is this:
"Dear buyer,
Thanks for your support and concern on our store.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
The garden seat have been sold ouand is out of stock currently.
If you want to order other products in the store, you are welcome to place an order and we can provide you with an additional 15% discount
Looking forward to the next cooperation with you".
The broken english should have told me I was wasting my time trying to get a refund. I'll have to take the loss and encourage others to avoid this website. RIPOFF
SCAM
SCAM! I ordered one thing and they sent something totally different. They offered me a 30% refund and said that if I wanted a full refund that I would have to send the item back at my cost of $20.00. After doing some research I found that they committed the exact same scam to others. Do NOT do business wit this company!
Update: I reported this company to the FTC and also received a full refund from paypal.
They do not send you what you ordered
They do not send you what you ordered. Then they try to tell you it is your fault and you ordered wrong. The foam from the kneeler is a cheap imitation and you never get the frame that goes with it. The whole thing is a scam. Do not order anything from them.
I too spent $22.98 on a garden kneeler…
I too spent $22.98 on a garden kneeler and tool bag. Got the piece of foam and bag. They offered 10%, then 15%, then 35%, then 50%, then 70% if I sent the item back to China at a cost of £11.50. I started a Paypal dispute but after reading some comments was doubtful they would refund the money. They kept saying the same thing and ignored my answers in email. After threatening to escalate to a claim, they offered a refund of 70% and I could keep the items!!! I accepted the refund of £11.61as wasn't sure Paypal would take my side. Never again will I pay for anything on Facebook with Paypal. Use your credit cards instead. I am ashamed to say I fell for this scam. :(
Two cheap foam pads worth about $2
I ordered 2 garden kneelers June 18. After 22 days of no word, I emailed, asking for shipping info and was informed they were on the way. I looked at these reviews at around the same time and was shocked to see what people were saying. At the time there were 63 reviews on Pamonny. All were bad except one review, the first, was good, and an obvious plant.
I got two of the cheap 1" pads that all the other reviews were complaining about. PayPal was not interested in seeing the pictures I had of the ad and the product received. They are reviewing my complaint, without any pictures, and they say, received seller's info on Aug. 9. I would love to see it. Still waiting until Aug. 22 for PayPal resolution.
I wish I had just charged the order on VISA as others have and received a credit almost immediately.
Paypal updated the date for final resolution to Aug. 27, then Aug. 30, then Aug. 31. This is getting ridiculous. I will reserve Paypal for Ebay only, in the future. Except that it is difficult to buy on Ebay without Paypal I would eliminate them completely.
FRAUD ADVERTISEMENTS -
I ordered a garden kneeler as advertised with a photo and video after seeing it on the Duolingo app. When the merchandise arrived almost 3 weeks later, it was not the advertised item but a cheap foam pad. When I complained I was told this is what I ordered. No way. So this site is a complete ripoff. Save your money and buy your items elsewhere. Fraudulent advertising. DO NOT TRUST THEM. CHEATS
I also ordered the garden kneeler and got screwed. They must have gotten a great deal on $2.00 kneeling pads because that is what I recieved. They told me to return it and it would cost $20.00
I also ordered the garden kneeler and received a Styrofoam pad after 5 weeks of waiting. They first offered a 15% discount on my next purchase from their fraudulent store, now they are offering 15% refund, but I am disputing the charge on my credit card instead. No one should accept their offer and instead tell your credit company not to pay them
Complete Scammers, stay away
I ordered what I thought was a garden kneeler/chair, turning it upside down, they sent me a piece of foam, nothing but a piece of foam, tell me that is what I ordered. all the way from china? their site does not even sell a peice of foam. Complete scammers stay away
ordered garden kneeler, received foam.

I got ripped off too
I got ripped off too, I’ll do better research from now on before buying online. They are a total scam and they don’t care how much you complain, they can just ignore you from afar.
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You don't get what you order, and they offer a 15% discount? Shame on them, and shame on me for not checking their reviews before I wasted my money.
I ordered from your ad on facebook
I ordered from your ad on facebook, which showed the features of the Garden Kneeler, that I ordered, with 2 pads and frame. I only received a foam pad.....for $22.98....are you kidding me? I feel sorry for you that you take no responsibility in cheating honest people. It was clearly an act of deceit on your part. Shame on you. With all of the negative ratings on your site, it clearly shows you have no intention of doing the right and ethical thing here. I'm so happy that I don't share your cheating, lying ways. I'm sure you'll get what you deserve in the end for cheating all of your customers.
A fraud investigation has been started. At the very least, you'll be blocked from doing business in the US.
Same story as the rest of you
Same story as the rest of you, received kneeling pads that I did not order. To save me the cost of sending the merchandise back, they say I can keep the kneeling pads and they will give me a 10% refund. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME TO GIVE THEM A GOOD RATING :)
I ordered a product from them and…
I ordered a product from them and didn't get what I ordered. They wanted me to pay for the all the return fees. They are scammers and I will never buy anything from them again and I advise others to be careful.
