I ordered a garden kneeler to the tune of $23 dollars. I received 2 kneeling pads and 2 tool pouches, none of which I need. I have been back and forth with them multiple times and they insist I ship the worthless garbage back to them to the tune of $20+. They are out and out crooks. I learned a valuable lesson: Don't buy things advertised on Facebook!

The company is a scam. I wish I would have read these reviews before being taken advantage by these crooks. Don't buy anything from this company.

I have the same experience as everyone else. After several e-mails back and forth, including pictures, with no success, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got a full credit from the bank.

THEY DESERVE A ZERO MINUS!!!!! They also sent me 3 foam pads and now owe me $43.17 refund. I am totally disputing this charge with PayPal and my credit card company. Something needs to be done to shut this website DOWN. I didn’t think to look for reviews about the company before I ordered, but I will next time. And people wonder why we should not do business with China....not me ever again. BUY USA and pay for what we get - quality products. Make America great again and we ALL need to stop buying anything made in China.

Like others I ordered the Garden Kneeler and only received the pads and tool pockets (to put on what?).
After much effort they informed me that they would refund my money if I returned what they sent and pay for the return shipping. Return shipping costs were more that the purchase price. Eventually they agreed to refund only $3, if I would write a positive review. I did receive the refund, this is my review.

I wish I had thought to look at these reviews before I ordered from this company. I also ordered the garden kneeler and received only the pad. When I wrote the 3rd email to them they finally responded with “that is what you ordered”. I am disgusted with the company and the fact that they have no problem misrepresenting themselves and no conscience whatsoever!!! I am sure that I will never get a refund but I plan to make sure that PayPal and Facebook are made aware of their deceptive practices.

Like everyone else, I was screwed out of my money.

To give this company even 1 star is too much but it won't let you leave it blank! I ALSO fell for the garden kneeler scam. I've been communicating with them for two weeks to try and get them to send the frame. They are continuing to advertise this on their website. I'm now trying to file a formal complaint/dispute with Pay Pal against Pamonny. I ordered the garden kneeler in early July. When I finally received it in the mail, I received ONLY the pad and side pocket. I tried communicating with them to let them know my order was incomplete and to send the frame MANY MANY times, to no avail. When I finally decided to read the reviews, I was surprised at the NUMEROUS PEOPLE who had the SAME problem as I on the SAME ITEM regarding not receiving the frame and they will not reimburse anyone or send the frame. I was actually told by them that this is what I ordered! The picture on the website shows the entire kneeler with frame. Why would I order foam pad without a frame?!? I ordered this because I have knee issues and the frame is what I need to kneel down and get back up. They don’t even want me to send back the foam pad because they state that the postage to mail it back would cost me over $20! Seriously?!? The postage cost to receive this was $6.99 unless we have to send it back to CHINA!!

Instead of sending me the product I ordered they sent me something completely different and they won't refund me! This company is a scam and do not order from them.

Product received had only a faint resemblance of what was advertised. Total CRAP!
They offer a 15% refund when you complain or ask that you send the product back, and remind you that it will cost 85% to mail it back.

the same as the others reviews - a total scam - i rec'd only 1 pad - NO frame - if they do not honour their ad i will go on facebook, twitter andevery other social media i can find to expose this scam. i suggest eveyone else do the same and maybe shut them down.

I may as well get in line. Ordered the garden kneeler on July 4th. Hadn't heard a thing until I sent an email on July 17. Got a generic email saying that a shipping label has been created on the 20th. Two more emails and I finally get two foam pads and tool caddies on August 4. The gloves are off now. Hello, BBB? Yeah, I've got one for you.......

My story is the same as everyone else's. I have been ripped off. Received cushions but no frame. Offered 10% refund, then 15% refund actually got to 35% refund and I stopped communicating with them. How stupid of me not to check the reviews beforehand. That will NEVER happen again. This company needs to be shut down. I am complaining to every agency that I can find.

I agree with others it does NOT merit even a one star. Kneeler arrived today, but only cheap old green pad, no metal side bars, nothing. I paid $15.99 for this and it’s not worth more than a dollar. Just corresponding with them was the worst ever and their standard of English stinks. They have standard replies and excuses. How do you put someone like this out of business?

Don't waste your money! This is a scam, the picture of the Garden Kneeler that you order is not what you will receive over a month later! The picture shows a sturdy looking folding metal frame with thick foam padding, what you receive is 1 thin foam pad worth no more than a $1.00 and you were charged $22.98 including shipping! When I complained to the company they said I would have to ship the item back at a cost of $20.00, so they offered to let me keep it and give me a 15% discount on order! Reported scam to credit card company! Bill S.

They don't even rate 1 star. False advertising. My husband ordered it and got just the mat like the other complaints. He took what he could get to get out of the whole hassle. DON'T DO IT!

I fell for the garden kneeler scam as well... 15.99 + 6.99 shipping for a 1/2" foam pad I could pick up at the Dollar Tree!! I contacted them and was told that is what I ordered!
I went back onto their site, and with "garden kneeler" selected it shows the whole unit... Frame cushion and promised the bonus bag and gloves. I started to click other options there and finally saw that there is an option for that steel frame that is displayed when you order the "garden kneeler". Like ANYONE would pay 99.98 for that frame, which is what I saw when I started clicking other options
There is no place, with any click that shows just the cushion, so I'm opening a dispute with PayPal, showing exactly what you see when you go to order. Fingers crossed I can get my money back.
