The best thing I have ever tried
It was my first time here and I’ve got such an amazing experience, the technique they used the way they served it was spectacular,perfect for a sunny day.Riddhi was amazing and the work she did it makes you feel she is master on it.we have been so happy we had a chance to try amazing coolers and delicious ice cream.thank you guys for your service ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was very good
The ice cream tastes really nice and I really enjoyed it but the queue was really long and that was the only problem. I was served by shubham who was really friendly to us.

Good ice cream, bad service
The ice cream was good but the quality of service was absolutely awful, the shop was understaffed, with underused utilities — with six ice cream making stalls and only two harried servers. They were impolite and impatient with us, and half an hour before closing, said that only two more orders could be taken, despite the others waiting behind us in the queue. I hope something can be done about this so more people can enjoy the ice cream that we had to wait pain-stakingly for over half an hour for.

Rude staff
Two girls and one guy, he’s been quite rude when I was asking why we had to wait for 30 minutes, instead of being understanding. He also got changed behind the counter in front of customers, terrible terrible experience.
My daughter loves the ice cream here, otherwise I would go away and never come back!

Not worth the time and money.
Having tried the ice cream, it was not worth the time or the price for the following:
1. Over priced.
2. Waiting time is shocking.
3. Only two Oreos (only two) in the portion.
4. The work the staff put into to deliver the end product is not worth it, any students reading this, it's hard work, find out rate of pay before committing.

Very slow service
Very slow service, staff leading customers to wrong pick up windows to further delay, messy floors with open cleaning products, absolutely no urgency when cues pile up.
