I'd been using PANDA for several years, but I finally switched to another provider because my PC was slowing down, the price kept going up, and I wasn't entirely happy with the options. So, I've stopped using it on my main computer and only use it on some secondary family computers.

Panda scans make the others look like snails.
Panda doesn't bombard you with advertisements.
Norton is the worst bombarding you with advertisements to buy more products - if you don't the interface is in your face with your failure to solve BS "critical" problems - RUN A MILE FROM NORTON !!!

Avast also engages in bombarding you with advertisements to buy more products - not as bad as Norton !

Kaspersky is as good as Panda but is being blacklisted.

Panda and Kaspersky are the choice for everyone - the rest are rubbish !

I'm pleased with Panda Dome security program. Customer service is good.

Unobtrusive , works behind the scenes ,you wouldn't know it was there.
Looking at the reports clearly identifies and blocks unwanted viruses

I have cancelled my existing product's renewal but still getting invoiced £53.38 for the renewal.
I have paid for, installed and activated a new product on 5 devices.
There is no acknowledgement from you. Only an email in SPANISH telling me that I have renewed for 3 devices which have not been activated!
I cannot access my Panda Dome account because my password is not now accepted.
I need only the following: CANCELL MY EXISTING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR ONE PRODUCT WHICH EXPIREWS ON 5th FEB 2026!!!!!!

The renewal process is terrible... When you reach the payment stage, you realize that not all browsers are supported and the transaction cannot be completed.
Then, you change browser, complete the payment, but you still get emails and the pop-up prompting you to renew your subscription.
What can I say...

I downloaded Panda Dome security. A simple process to load them to a windows laptop an android table and phone. From the start it was an easy process, and my laptop is now secure with VPN, antivirus, cleanup and so on. Everything is carried out with ease, no need to contact help, which is provided 24/7.There has been no slowdown in running Panda Dome VPN. For the price paid I am very happy as it also includes a Password Manager, so important now. Very happy to recommend.

Be more upfront about actual costs

Renewed long-standing subscription and never received the email to setup the password security function.
I'm getting several warnings to move all of my passwords before 01/31/26. Unfortunately I don't have access to the older version and support is unresponsive.

Everything is great, except speed sometimes

In 6 years of use, it has only found one virus... while Malwarebytes, which I use at the same time, has blocked dozens.
Panda only blocks "free online streaming pages" (who knows why?).
I also purchased Panda VPN's Premium service for 3 years, and it almost never works. I had to spend more money on NordVPN (which works perfectly).

I'm Italian and I write in Italian. Don't you even know how to recognize languages? Don't you know how to use a translator? Why are you replying to me in Spanish?? Furthermore, I've already contacted you several times and never received a response to my problems with your software. Stop sending useless automatic replies!!
