Solicitor explained things perfectly
The person I spoke to via Zoom was very reassuring and explained things perfectly for me. She put me at ease and went through everything in detail without overwhelming me. The only downside was the number of repetitive and sometimes confusing emails and texts they automatically send out.

We had excellent service from Parachute Law. The lady who assisted with all the ongoings, Nel was excellent. We were either a rush and documentation amd sign took 5 days. The delay was on our side but Nel was understanding, explained everyrhing and booked us in for sign off within less than 24hrs . Would highly rate and recommend.

Highly responsive, clear advice for a transfer of equity
I used Parachute Law for independent legal advice on a transfer of equity. The experience was excellent throughout.
What stood out most was their responsiveness: in a process where time really matters, they were proactive about offering appointment slots in advance and kept things moving without me having to chase. The advice I received was clear, well-explained, and genuinely helpful in giving me the confidence to make the right decisions.
My case was handled by Ash, who was absolutely amazing. She was proactive,attentive, and incredibly accommodating throughout. A huge thank you to her and to the solicitors I dealt with, the whole team made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable.

LL restriction
Whilst re-mortgaging we found out our deeds had an LL restriction. We phoned more local solicitors than I care to remember and each one couldn't help. We luckily found parachute law on line and they were extremely efficient. Within a week of our original contact, it was sorted. Extremely happy with the service, thank you!
