If I could give a 0 - I would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I could give a 0 - I would!
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I ordered a bench and didn’t get the bench in the time, I contacted the company for a refund of over £100 to which they said it will be here in 7 days it’s been over 3-4 weeks and still no refund and no contact from the company.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Gaslighters

Waited almost 3 months for tv stand delivery, being palmed off with excuse after excuse about stock supply. The frustrating thing is that their website continually advertised as in stock and available with 2 weeks delivery throughout my extended wait. Wouldn't use again.

Exceeds Expectations

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Marble Table we purchased from paramount furniture.
The assembly was so easy even for octagerians ha ha … the two man delivery was seamless and unpacked everything and gave it a thorough inspection before leaving.. great service.

We ordered a tv stand on 26 August but…

We ordered a tv stand on 26 August but due to container issues it did not arrive until 19 October. However the company did email twice and a phone call from me was helpful. The stand is great and we are very pleased with it although it was a bit difficult to put together without a third person.

TV stand "in stock" but actually wasn't

Ordered a TV stand that was "in stock" according to the website.
Heard nothing for a week so got in touch to chase only to be told that it was in fact not in stock at all (despite still showing as in stock on the website!) and would arrive in about a week.
Another week passed and still heard nothing so chased again to be told that shipment had been delayed and it would be another week - I was getting pretty fed up by now and was thinking of cancelling, but couldn't find it anywhere else so decided to wait.
Stock finally arrived on 8 October and I was told it would be despatched promptly, but delivery didn't arrive until 13 October.
Also, no update from the courier to say when it would be delivered until I got a text 5 minutes before it turned up. Box was battered and the driver pretty much dropped it on the doorstep!
Thankfully the TV stand wasn't damaged, and is pretty good quality, but overall service left a lot to be desired

No communication after purchase only…

No communication after purchase only when I got in touch did I get a response.
If I had known I was dealing with a third party I would have dealt with the source company.
Quality of what we ordered was good and delivery was good.

Ordered the tv stand that we liked

Ordered the tv stand that we liked. It came a couple of day's later. I'm not too good at flat pack, but came with good instructions. When it was put together it looked better than on the picture. Really chuffed.

What a shame

My experience was not that great if I’m honest.
I ordered my Tv cabinet which stated you had 2 in stock, 1-2 days delivery. I ordered and paid and received my order confirmation. Then waited for a week before I contacted yourselves wondering where my cabinet was, only to be told it was out of stock waiting for more and should receive it next month. Not good enough, so I requested my money back. Then 2 days later I received an email to confirm you have one and I’ll receive my tracking the same day which never came until a couple of days later. On Monday 24th June I did receive an email from courier company stating they were delivering that same day, good job I was in as it did arrive. I am really pleased with my cabinet but the customer service and communication was very poor and would not order from yourselves in future.

A repeat customer

A repeat customer, Brilliant service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. The delivery team were excellent & very, very helpful & polite. Will definitely be ordering again. Terrific all round service!

Recommended

Order process was simple and I like that the order was integrated with Apple Wallet. There was a stock problem but I was kept updated. Very pleased with the actual product - it was well packaged, had good instructions and seems very well made.

Bought tv stand that was in stock turns out is was not in stock if I nown that I would not of bought
2 weeks later still no tv stand so called trouble with delivery firm

We immediately arranged for a follow-up collection the next day for the remaining items. While the revised delivery was scheduled for Monday, we worked hard to expedite the process — and I’m pleased we were able to deliver your items by Saturday instead.
