We have used Abacus as our nursery software for many years. We have always found them really helpful always there is you need them.
The system has a lot of features some of which we are only just beginning to utilise. The main things we have used it for up to now which have been invaluable, are the invoicing, taking children's bookings and staff rota reports which calculate how many staff are required and how many you have, all tie in together which saves so much time.

I had a overal great experience with Parenta. From the start I felt very supported and all the way through I learnt lots and found the live sessions and discussions to be very informative. I also was really lucky to have Tonni as my tutor as she made it very relaxed and would help with any little thing I needed throughout and all the way to the end when I got my certificate. Prateema lollbeharree is a wonderful tutor with full of passion and patience. She always gave me full support throughout my level 3 course. With her guidance, i gained lots of valued knowledge. She is always there by phone or email if needed. I heartly appreciate to my tutor prateema lollbeharree.

Since having Sam as my tutor for my Early Years educator Level 3 course, I have come a long way and gained a strong pass in all of my exams. Sam managed to support me to get my course completed by the expected end date. And was always there to answer my emails and questions. Sam has always remained positive and encouraged me throughout.

"Sam Evans is a lovely tutor who is very attentive to her students. She always seems friendly and cheerful with me as the nursery manager and helps me out if I ever forget to book students in. She always keeps me informed of any changes to schedules."

Whilst completing my Level 5 I was required to sit my maths exam. Maths is something that has always filled me with dread however the constant support and help from Amy Wong has been amazing. I do believe i would have given up many times without her. She went above and beyond with 1;1 sessions and was always available with advise and encouragement. She is an asset to the functional skills team and i am forever grateful to her.

I’m studying my Level 3 in childcare with Parenta and I had to do my functional skills level 2 Maths and English, both my tutors were amazing. Amy Wong was my support for maths, amazing tutor and teaching skills. Also for my English exam Stacey Andrews was a great tutor and help. I’m grateful to both of them!

Najma Sultan from Parenta is the best English teacher I could ever wish for. She is full of passion and patience for everyone. She always believed in me and supported me at every moment. She is wonderful and thanks to her I passed my English:) Thank you Najma!

I started with Parenta a long time ago and experienced numerous delays throughout my course, including a change of nursery , change of tutor , and delays in marking and updates new tasks from Parenta team.
I was with them for over a year, and no one came to observe me on my setting . I only completed five assignments , and I was always told not to worry because I was on track until a second tutor took over.

When the second tutor took over, I realised I was extremely behind and had a lot of tasks and assignments to complete.
She took over my file and organised all of the tasks and assignments that I needed to do and managed to observe me on my setting . She was quick in marking and updating new tasks, quick responding any question or enquiry from my side.
Even we experienced minor delays during the process she supported me to complete more than 2/3 of my course in a shorter time .
If you decide to go with Parenta I strongly recommend SAM EVANS as a tutor.

Embarking on my academic journey two years ago was a positive experience initially. However, the dynamics shifted when my original tutor went on maternity leave, causing a temporary disruption. After a few challenging months, I was fortunate to be paired with my current tutor, Kaye Newbury. She not only turned the tide but also proved to be an invaluable support system.

Kaye's assistance has been exceptional. Her responsiveness to emails, even during weekends, sets a commendable standard. I find her to be an amazing individual, consistently demonstrating helpfulness and kindness. I am writing to express my profound gratitude for the amazing impact Tonni Linton-Williams (my tutor) has had on my life and learning. Without Tonni’s strongly helpful teaching support, I wouldn’t have been able to finish my course on time.

During the two years on my course, Tonni has been such a hardworking, kind, responsibility, helpful and encouraging tutor for me. In every task, Tonni had provided very useful information and the knowledge to help me finished all the assignments on time. Tonni’s feedback has always given me a very good idea, helpful advice and clear, straight forward guidance to help and improve my needs. When I had any inquiries through emails, Tonni always took a fast respond for my inquiries to support me. (The email showed me that Tonni worked so hard in the late night and the early morning.) It has proved that Tonni has given her whole heart for supporting her learners and this has given me encouragement to make me study hard.
