I was able to buy a genuine replacement carburetor at a competitive price. I couldn't find any other EU website that was able to offer confirmed availability or match the price. The part was packaged securely, dispatched quickly and arrived before the expected date. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use Partao again.

I ordered a part that was supposed to shipped in 4-6 workdays
I ordered a part that was supposed to be shipped within 4 to 6 business days. That still hasn’t happened. Communication is very slow; I’m told the matter has been forwarded to another department, but I hear nothing further. There is also no response to messages sent via WhatsApp.
Had I known this, I wouldn’t have ordered the part—I actually need it urgently.
