No info about the order, is the money gone?
Made an order for a product that was promised to be sent within 48 hours. It's been a week, and there haven't been any information about the order, not even apologies for the delay etc.
Tried asking the status from customer service via Whatsapp, but communication is really slow (hours between responses)and they didn't give me any further information.
Now I'm starting to think is this a fraud website since only thing that happened is that money is gone.

I ordered a part that was recommended by a staff member. When it arrived i realised I had ordered just one element and it was missing the whole replacement. they quickly resolved this when i contacted them and sent me out the additional element of the replacement free of charge.
