It was alright maybe the delivery took a bit longer but I was not in a hurry otherwise no hassle.

Initially the delivery time I was promised, but they failed to even ship the product with zero communication no matter how I contacted them, it was quite disappointing and I honestly thought it was a scam company, but in fairness they came back eventually contacted me on WhatsApp and they were apologetic saying that they had a delay with the product but I told him communication is vital for a Customer, they offered to fix the problem offering me a discount and guarantee me that the product would be delivered and dispatched within a certain date which it was , and I have received it. I’m happy with the product and I will continue doing business with them in the future because they actually listened to the Customer and rectified the problem that’s why I’m giving three stars. I hope in the future I can give more stars. But I will be testing at the Service again.

I am extremely disappointed with my whole experience with this company. After placing my order, I only received an order confirmation and no tracking number or delivery information. I contacted customer service and was told they would update me, but nothing happened.
I had to contact them several more times over the following days, yet my issue remained unresolved. Communication was poor, responses were unhelpful, and no one seemed interested in actually solving the problem.
After waiting 16 days with no order and no proper update, I requested a refund. Only then did they finally start looking into my order. This should have been handled properly from the beginning, not only when I asked for my money back.
To make matters worse, after causing all this inconvenience, they offered me a €10 voucher for a future purchase, which felt more insulting than helpful considering the poor service I had received.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience with terrible customer service, lack of communication, and no care for the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great service. Overall good exprienc. The filter came quite fast, was good packed and there was no damage on the parcel. It fits my John Deere tractor without any problem, installation was easy and since then it is working very good, the fuel is clean and the engine runs smooth, no leak or any other trouble as such... I was called by a new agricultural parts company - Partao from Luxembourg last week. I decided to try it as they sell both New Holland and Granit parts which I normally buy. It was easy to order, my part came in 2 days. Prices were slightly cheaper than what I normally pay but shipping was much cheaper.
