Website is very misleading. Ordered balloons online and when collecting was informed it would be an additional £25 for inflation despite checking ‘inflation’ at checkout. Meant that I thought I was spending £25 and actually spent £50 which was far over my budget

The young lady from the shop called me to check I had correctly requested an 80th ballon and offered to change the order to better suit

Thank you to the Team in the Sutton branch for all the help and advice I received when choosing balloons and decorations for my Sons 18th Birthday party they made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. The range of balloons to choose from were fantastic especially the rude worded novelty ones!! Collection was very easy and quick everything was ready to go and again the staff were just a wonderful as when I was buying the balloons. I would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting a top class service as that is what you will receive from the Sutton branch!

I ordered a balloon arch for my mother's 81st birthday to be delivered at the hall. Ana was extremely helpful with providing us with information and showing us different options. She arrived promptly on the day to set up the balloon arch which was really beautiful as it added an extra touch of elegance to the hall decorations.
Ana was courteous and professional. I will recommend Partica Sutton based on the experience I had with them.

Ordered online very easy to pick time and date of collection. When arrived at selected time balloons were ready! Great service! And great selection.

I ordered the 70’s wig online for same day collection. The order was confirmed. I went to pick it up and it wasn’t in stock.

Atrocious website! Order placed for a store collection. Went to store to be told they don’t sell the item I ordered anymore. Staff very unhelpful and obviously website had already taken payment. Outdated website and poor service from store staff.
