Great service, quick turnaround!

Great service and product.

Easy order process and on collection the staff in store were fantastic

The team at Partica was so good in fulfilling my order when I realised I had the wrong date and went out of their way to ensure my order was with me the day before,I had put down on my order form.They also kept me updated throughout the afternoon when they were running late,so I have no problem giving them my highest recommendation for their superb service.

Clear instructions for online ordering.
Collected from Bromley store, had a phone call prior to confirm pick up time. Great service.

Excellent service and communication.
I am very pleased with the service and prompt reply when I contacted them regarding a question I had. Moreover When they needed to contact me regarding changes to my order they were persistent (telephone, email, WhatsApp), so that I received exactly what I needed for my son'd birthday party.

Excellent customer service

Great customer service, Justin was extremely helpful and played close attention to our needs and wants. We were very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend Partica to anyone requiring balloons and party accessories

Ordered online for next day collection, staff at the store phoned me to say balloon I picked was out of stock and offered an alternative, went with what was suggested and was more than happy, a spiderman foil cube balloon was loved by my Grandson. Very effective.

Everything I purchased online was actually sold out so my nephew missed out on a surprise gift. We weren’t told until the day they were to arrive. They called the recipient instead of contacting the purchaser to offer alternatives or a refund, causing confusion as it was a surprise gift. We did get a prompt refund but it was disappointing. Also, they don’t do cards to go with the balloons, which seems like a missed opportunity to add a small thought at low cost.

Staff was really nice and polite but the balloon arch wasn’t secure and balloons fell out of the cluster as I took them from the packaging bag. I was disappointed at the size of the arch as I spent £100 to create a look I could have done myself for £30

Lucky I had foil balloons to compensate however the are really expensive in comparison to your competitors.

I bought some stickers In this store I was served by Steve, the service was great he understood my order, he did exactly as I expected and the end result was fantastic, thank you.

I was amazed by the service provided by Partica Kingston. The staff was so helpful as I had made the wrong order online and they were able to resolve the problem promptly. The balloon was so pretty and the writing on it was perfect. Thank you so much!
