First of all, my husband and I received a very friendly welcome from all the staff at Partridge Mini and felt valued as soon as we walked in.
Rowan was exceptionally helpful, explaining everything in great detail about my new Mini and all the ancillaries on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Great experience from start to finish. Ricardo Lopes was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He even stayed late on pickup day to make sure everything was sorted so I could collect the car without any stress. Really appreciated the extra effort — excellent service and highly recommended.
