Great customer service
We had decided to upgrade our current car and whilst we were waiting for a service on our car we spoke to Ricky about one we had seen on the Partridge website. He told us all about the car in great detail and arranged for it to be brought over for us to test drive the following week. After the test drive we decided we would like to buy the car. Ricky dealt efficiently with the purchase for us explaining everything they could offer. Great service by Ricky.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ricky was professional and determined to make the sale as seamless as possible. When a few minor problems with the order were identified, Ricky and the team were on it and got it sorted.

Used car purchase.
My wife and I recently purchased a used mini from Partridge Mini in Southampton. We were greeted at the showroom by friendly staff and taken to Ricky Lopes whom we had arranged to see about the car we were interested in. Ricky's service was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the car we had arranged to see and had it all ready for us to test drive. We felt under no pressure at any time. On return from the test drive we informed Ricky of our intention to purchase the vehicle. He took us through the whole purchase process quickly and efficiently, explaining all our options clearly and concisely. The whole process was very easy from our initial contact with Partridge to collecting the car a week later. I am very satisfied with our dealings with Partridge Mini and especially Ricky the salesperson.

Excellent service, support and expertise provided by Chris Holder at Mini Partridge.
Car was designed using their configurator & then we added on the body kit and options to create a really unique and great looking JCW.
Really pleased with the end result when it was delivered 14 weeks later.
