Wanted a stylish and hi class watch, after gifting my vintage Rolex Oysterdate to my Wife for a significant birthday. Can only say my experience with past to present watches had been exemplary with the Grand Seiko purchased, far better than described and arrived in less than 48hours, accompanied by additional and unexpected gifts in the form of additional straps and a leather watch case. Further to below, the watch received was running a little fast, Steve swiftly took action to send me a postage label to return the watch, had his watchmaker address the issue within the day and posted back to me after monitoring the watch for another couple of days. Brilliant service all around, cannot fault it.

Excellent communication with Steve pre purchase. Next day delivery and watch in excellent condition, well packaged and with a handwritten thank you note which was a nice touch. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered on Tuesday and received today (Thursday). Well packaged and well presented in a quality watch roll with warranty card and personal letter. Love my ‘new’ King Seiko. Happy with how watch was represented online and price paid for a serviced watch. Actual watch exceeds my expectations. Will use again and good to buy from someone who can service vintage Seiko. Hope the business continues in this manner.

I recently purchased an Omega from Steve and I have to say, the condition is outstanding as is the service, I see why there is 5-stars. I would go as far as saying the watch looks almost brand new, considering it's 50+ years old, the polishing of it has come up amazing.

The in-house watch maker confirmed authenticity which is a massive peace of mind, and I believe all parts of this Omega are original, apart from the strap so it's a real piece of history.

Brought a watch for my wedding day, a beautiful 1974 gold cap Grand Seiko. Additional photos were sent when requested, in addition to a nice discount. They even sent an additional watch strap and watch roll which was unexpected. Will definitely deal with these guys again.
