the store in Wimbledon, Extremely disgraceful treatment

I entered the store in Wimbledon, the manager was lying on the counter,( I assume he was the manager) chatting to 2 guys, when he saw that I was holding a cake, in a Paul carrier bag, he shouted to the top of his voice, in an accusing manner " where did you get that, insinuating I had stolen the cake, without saying it openly, every one turned around, when all I wanted was an extra paper bag, as I was taking the cake on the tube,
the cake was given to me by a friend, as a present for l my special wedding anniversary.. a chocolate cake with gold explosion on top, in a rectangular shape at £44.00.
this experience was humiliating
The is the worst incident in Paul, but not the only one.
Staff listening to you conversation, and giving you the wrong order, which you find out once out of the store..
I will never visit Paul again, and tell every one I know, not to either..

Horrible behaviour.

We have come here like a 100 times Paul bakeries Cabot place . Take a meal deal . Lunch deal. Today there was a lady server . Every time we take the lunch meal deal as a take away . Have the coffee in the restaurant and take the food away.
Today after I placed the order I told her to make it a to go order. She asked in such a rude tone why I wanted to take away when I am sitting here . Then we have seven days a week meal deal in the app . She said we are not going to do meal deal at the weekend.
After coming here so many times . She was talking to us as if we were begging for discounts and food . From today onwards I am never going to come to Paul . There are many cafés respectful to regular customer not degrading . The cafe had 4 empty tables. What was the reason for such behaviour. Horrible
